This is a very comfortable and clean apartment on a beautiful beach in Isla Verde just steps away from resorts/clubs/beach rentals and pretty much anything you would want in a beach vacation. Thank you Charles, we had a great time and we will definitely be returning!

This location is all that the listing promises -- right on the beach in a secure building, great ocean views in all directions, near many activities and restaurants, excellent access to attractions throughout the island. Makes for a relaxing vacation!

I stayed in this lovely apartment for a few days in early May 2010 and couldn't have been more pleases. To start the view and location was just perfect, you have a birds eye view of the beach and if you wake up early enough you can see the sun rise. As far as location it was walking distance to some good restaurants, walgreens and good hotels like the ritz carlton and the El San Juan hotel. You could also walk to the bus stop and catch the local bus for 75cent to make a trip to old san juan which was much more convenient than a $20 cab ride. I definitely will be giving Charles a call the next time I come into PR!

Fabulous Stay

We recently stayed at Charles' beachfront condo for week and it was fabulous. Excellent condo safety, gorgeous view, great beach, well appointed condo, comfy bed, close to grocery store, pharmacy & restaurants - we especially loved the oceanfront La Playita restaurant several doors down that served breakfast, lunch ($5 lunch specials each day!) & dinner (I still think about the red snapper). One of the best things about Charles' place is the location, which is right on the beach on a dead end street between 2 long beaches great for walking, shelling & swimming. There are food vendors on the beach where you can get fried potato balls with meat in the center, shish kabobs, burgers, dogs, drinks, etc at very reasonable prices. The condo has an area by the beach with tables & chairs (some covered if you want a break from the sun), grills, an outdoor shower & sun chairs you can use on the beach. Charles provided transfers to and from the airport and was a great host. If you are looking for a reasonably priced beachfront condo with kitchen facilities that is extremely safe, this is the place for you. We look forward to coming back and staying longer.

GREAT Place To Stay

My family and I recently rented this condo. Condo itself has great amenities, surround sound, internet access, TV, VCR, microwave, a beautiful ocean view, etc. The condo itself is located right on the beach. Close enough to the Isla Verde strip, yet set back just enough so there is some privacy and none of the hustle and bustle. Condo has great security. You need a key or car beeper to enter the premises and a security guard was visible all night. Charles (the owner) was a pleasure to work with. Very prompt with replies and extremely patient. My flight was delayed two hours and I had no way of letting him know prior to my arrival, but he waited for me @ the condo anyway! Charles was very personable and I would definitely rent from him again whenever I am in the area.

Thanks for the great vacation! Our booking was last minute (literally the day before we were to arrive). Charles, the owner, was incredibly kind and accomodating to us - even personally meeting us to exchange the keys and give us some tips on PR. The condo was perfectly located for our first visit to PR. Central location directly on the beach, walking distance to hotels for dining and gambling and a great little restaurant just two doors down. We bought supplies at the market and Walgreens just a few blocks away. We also used the San Juan hotel tour desk to book rain forest and kayak adventures through a local tour company. Getting a taxi was easy. We found a driver we liked on the afternoon of day 1 and called him to drive us for most of the trip. Was like having our own personal driver! I would have never been able to get around in a rental car on the first trip to PR so it was great to have someone to call. We spent most of the time exploring the island so the condo was a perfect home base. The size of the condo is ideal for an active couple. We appreciated the gated secured entries and the security staff. The night security staff was excellent and checked on us a couple of times at night while we sat on the terrace near the beach just to make sure we were ok. The condo was clean, great water pressure in the shower, the bed comfortable and the a/c was cold! Thank you Charles! We will be back soon.

1-07-2009 I wanted to write and say what a great condo you have in Isla Verde, Puerto Rico. The view is spectacular 180 degree oceanfront from the 11th floor, just as you have advertised. The beach is world class; warm honey sand that stretches for miles in both directions. The location could not be better. The only draw back is the close proximity to the airport and some aircraft noise. I enjoyed snorkeling in the clear calm waters at the condo doorsteps almost every morning of my 9 day stay. There is a tropical reef about 100 meters off shore. I swim with schools of fish, viewed fan and brain coral, sea cucumbers and enemies as well as a sea turtle! I spoke with a local and was informed that manatees swim the see grass along Isla Verde beach. I did not see that but what a thrilling prospect. The waters outside your condo are tropical perfection. The interior of your condo is well furnished in a modern style; I was expecting internet access with laptop as advertised. I did not get that but you were kind enough to bring a laptop over one day so I could check my e-mail. Honestly, the condo could use some upgrades the tile, paint, kitchen are dated. But for the price and location I felt as though I received a good value and I would expect to pay $150+ per night if everything in the unit was updated. My overall expectations were met. I wanted to thank you for taking the time to show me La Placita, What a great social spot with, 20 or so bars and restaurants along the square. That was one of my best nights in Puerto Rico. Thanks. Breathtaking views, very well decorated, full amenities - everything you could possibly need, excellent sound system, very clean, and in an extraordinary location. I have already recommended this property to various friends and family and plan to stay there again in the near future. The management was also very responsive and extremely nice. I would easily give this 5 stars if not more!

the condo is perfect. it has a great view of the beach and is only steps away from the ocean. sailing and jet skiing are available on the beach. i have stayed in the condo several times and always had a wonderful time.

I have stayed in this condo for over 2 wk period. What an experience! From my arrival throughout my stay, the owner seemed more of a long-time friend than anything: well-informer about the island and activities, even took me for a beer at a local weekly gathering,the average visitor would not otherwise have known! The condo: Classy set-up right on the beach. What a view! I travel a lot and stay in condos, but never seen fully equipped place with all the extras. My only challenge was concentrating on work; the view and the private-looking beach right downstairs was very distracting. I barely used my rental car half of the time, for the unit is in the heart of everything. Did not have to look for parking when stopping out for the nightlife - I walked 2 blocks and I was there. Thanks Charles!!! Will certainly be back for sure!

An Amazing Oceanside Unit

My husband and I rented this unit for our first trip to Puerto Rico to celebrate our 18th anniversary. The description was completely accurate and the layout was perfect for the two of us. The availability of internet and secured parking was a definite plus, but the view, ocean breeze within the unit and keyed beach access were by far the most awesome attributes! More than enough clean linens were provided and the kitchen was well equipped for light or heavy cooking. Internet access was reliable, as was cable. The owner was very friendly, easy to work with and very accommodating. There are a variety of restaurants within walking distance, as well as places to rent jet skis, parasails, etc. We will definitely return again!

What a wonderful place! Gaby and I really liked relaxing on the ocean-side terrace, taking dips in the surf, walking over to the Ritz or the Marriott for lunch, falling asleep to the sound of the waves crashing right outside the window! The local Pueblo supermarket fantastico! And the bike rides to Pinones great. You have the BEST side of the Isla Verde beach, sunrise beautiful. Muchas gracias!
