Welcome to the GOLDEN SANDS RESORT. This beautiful resort has every imaginable amenity. There are two outdoor pools where one is a kiddie pool. There are tennis and racquetball courts as well as volleyball and shuffleboard courts. There is a massive deck on the beach with its own Tiki Bar and grill. Also on the deck level are multiply stores (gift shop, convenience store, ice cream / pastry shop and an arcade).
The Golden Sands also features a beautiful roof top indoor pool, saunas game room, lounge and fitness center, all of which have spectacular views of the beach and ocean.
This small two bedroom condo is tastefully decorated and the living room and master bedroom have floor to ceiling glass that gives the vacationer a panoramic view of the beach and ocean from every angle. The master bedroom features a queen sized bed and cable TV. The room also has access to the balcony and the 1.5 bath. The living room features offers a Queen sized sleeper sofa, and Cable TV with VCR / DVD and stereo system. The second bedroom features a trundle bed (sleeps 2) cable TV, and access to the 1.5 bath. The kitchen is fully equipped for all your needs! Also, for your convenience, in the unit, there is a stackable washer and dryer.
Enjoy the beautiful beaches or take a ride on the trolley/bus (one fee all day) to the Ocean City Boardwalk where there is 3 miles of shops, clubs, restaurants and amusement parks. There is something for everyone in Ocean City. You can parasail, jet ski, miniature golf, go-cart race and more. Food at any of the hundreds of restaurants is unmatched on the east coast. If you play golf or gamble, both can be found just a short ride away. Enjoy your stay.
Renters must be at least 25 years of age and must accompany any guest under 25.
Room Check-In Time--3PM-----Check-Out Time--10AM----Arrive as early as noon and get your assigned parking and keys and enjoy the amenities. Relax on the deck and have a cool refreshing drink at the TIKI BAR.
There is a Golden Sands $30.00 Registration Fee. Fee inludes for your convenience an private assigned parking space #148 for your use.
This condo offers MINI-WEEK rentals---you can rent a FRIDAY-MONDAY mini-week or a MONDAY-FRIDAY mini-week. Put 2 mini-weeks together to make a full week. AVOID those long check in lines. My mini-weeks start on a Friday or Monday. So unpack quickly and start your vacation just as soon as you arrive. NO WAITING LINES NO LOOKING FOR LUGGAGE CARTS> Call for weekly openings.
