Located on the nicest and quietest street in Avondale which is one of Palm Desert's finest gated communities, we are minutes from all the desert has to offer including golf, shopping, fine restaurants, theatre, festivals, The Indian Wells Tennis Gardens, hiking and biking just to name a few.
Our home offers 2 large Master Suites w/walk in closets, both with newly remodeled Master bathrooms including double sinks, large showers and soaking tubs. Master with picture shown has an adjacent sitting room furnished with a treadmill. Direct access to patio and pool area from this master as well as the sitting room and master bath. The oversized living room includes a marble fireplace and large wet bar complete with refrigerator and ice maker. Direct access to patio and pool area from living room via two large sliding glass doors.
This home has all new bathroom cabinets, tile and fixtures. New carpet, paint and Silhouette Window Shades throughout the home. Lovely exterior landscape lighting in front, sides and back yard.

We are located in close proximety to over 100 golf courses including the beautiful Desert Willow property with it's two award winning championship golf courses. It is located just a couple of blocks from Avondale.
We also have many other activities located very close by. The McCallum Theatre with Broadway musicals and other live performances, The Living Desert which is devoted to the habitats of the desert, first class restaurant dining, shopping on El Paseo otherwise know as the Rodeo Dr. of the desert and the COD Street Fair held every weekend are just minutes away. For those of you that are interested in tennis and basketball, we are 5 to 10 minutes away from the Indian Well Tennis Gardens' where the world class Pacific Life Tournament is held yearly featuring nearly all of the top ranked men and women tennis players in the world and it is now known as well as the NBA's newest venue hosting outdoor basketball which featured the Phoenix Suns and Denver Nuggets last October. Palm Springs Airport is only 10 miles away and Joshua Tree National Park with it's breathtaking rock formations, ocotillo plants, “jumping” cholla cactus and of course the joshua trees is located approximately 45 minutes away.
