The "TranQuilizer" at A Place at the Beach III Phase 3 is located on popular Shore Drive in the upscale area of Arcadian Shores. Phase III, A desired location is bounded by the ocean and salt water ocean inlet (marsh) which means no properties across the street allowing for a LESS CONGESTED FAMILY BEACH EXPERIENCE.
The Shore Drive area is the most diverse area of Myrtle Beach with all of the many attractions, restaurants, shopping malls and outlets, golf courses and major freeways just minutes away
OUR CONDO, IS IN A OCEAN FRONT COMPLEX, OCEAN VIEW, two bedroom, two bathroom, FIRST FLOOR UNIT was just recently painted and BEAUTIFULLY DECORATED with a Caribbean flair. It features a king bed in the master bedroom and a double and twin bed in the second bedroom (Five person max occupancy).
All rooms are equipped with televisions and or VCR/DVD players, the living room has a large flat screen television. We also offer FREE DSL INTERNET SERVICE AND FREE LONG DISTANCE TELEPHONE CALLS to US and Canada. The main bathroom has a large walk-in shower with a seat. We also offer a COMPLIMENTARY SAFE in the condo for your use for added security
The wide sandy beach is just a few steps down the hallway and the famous "Ocean Annies" beach bar, which offers live entertainment daily is just a short five minute stroll down the beach.
Since we live locally WE ARE AVAILABLE 24/7 to tend to your every need whether it be advice or any unforeseen problem in the condo itself. We take great pride in insuring that all of our guests enjoy a SUPER CLEAN, well equipped, home away from home vacation. Great Ocean view Unit

This 2 BR condo is clean and beautifully furnished. It is an ocean view unit in an oceanfront building and there is no W/D in the unit. However, there are 3 washers and 5 dryers, coin-operated ($1 load), that the 48 units in the building share. There was more than you normally find in a rental – like beach chairs and an umbrella, cooler, tons of kitchen stuff. There were no trash can liners in the trash cans when we arrived although we found some in the cabinet and as we had been told there were no paper products- ie TP or paper towels. The TVs were great as was the free wi-fi and long distance phone calls. The complex has 2 pools and grills and is close to Carolina Opry, Barefoot Landing and Hwy 17 Tanger outlets. It is about 15-20 mins to Broadway at the Beach and Hwy 501 Tanger outlets. We would stay here again if we wanted a great oceanview condo.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, sightseeing, families with young children.

We loved the condo, it was a quiet, beautiful location right on shore and a dead-end street which added to quiet. Ocean Annies next door playing live band every night where we could put our chairs in sand and listen while watching the waves roll in. Very well-appointed condo with all the amenities of home! We will definitely stay here again!
