New for 2008! - We've added FREE Long Distance calling to anywhere in the US. We've also installed new windows in the 2nd level bedroom overlooking the swimming pool and installed a new sliding door in the Master Bedroom leading to the balcony overlooking the swimming pool.
New for 2007! We've just added a new matching sofa sleeper and loveseat with a coordinating, swivel rocking chair in the den.
The super-sized back deck overlooks the swimming pool and is accessed through the new sliding glass door. Enjoy preparing your dinner on the stainless gas grill and then dining outside on the large patio table with chairs.
There is FREE WIRELESS INTERNET, so bring your laptop to stay connected anywhere in the villa during your stay!
Your kids will enjoy the PS2 game console (bring your own games or rent games for the entire week from Blockbuster located only 2.5 miles away)
We've upgraded the twins beds in the 2nd guest room to be a Queen and a Double bed. We now are able to sleep 8 people in beds and 2 on the pull-out sofa.
This beautiful, three bedroom villa has recently been completely renovated and refurnished and is immaculately maintained! Our villa is located in the Popular South Forest Beach Area of Hilton Head Island, within one mile of the Sea Pines Ocean Entrance and less than a 5 minute walk to the beach. Sleeps 8-10 (two King beds, 1 Queen bed, 1 double bed, and Queen Sofa-sleeper in den).
The Seascape complex features naturally landscaped grounds with walking trails and lagoons and two swimming pools. There is also a private Beach Cabana located on the ocean for the exclusive use of Seascape owners and guests. The cabana includes outside showers and restrooms so you don’t have to run back to the villa for those emergency bathroom breaks! We've even included a beach cart in the villa so you can easily stroll your things to the beach without breaking a sweat!
Walk or bicycle to famous Coligny Plaza with over 80 local shops, restaurants, and a movie theater. Hilton Head's only Water Park is only a short 2 blocks away.
Cable TV in den, Master Bedroom, and King bedroom on 2nd floor. Den has 27" TV with VCR/DVD player. Master has 19" TV with VCR/DVD player. King bedroom on 2nd level has 13" TV with VCR player. Twin bedroom has 13" TV with VCR player.
Our Villa overlooks the swimming pool (approximately 25 feet from back deck). Sit on the large deck or in the den and watch your kids swim and play! Remodeling includes all new: Oak Hardwood floors in den, kitchen and dining areas, berber carpet in bedrooms, light fixtures, custom kitchen cabinets, countertops, appliances, furniture, paint, six-panel doors throughout, new vanities and mirrors in the bathrooms, new blinds throughout, pictures & decorations, etc. Our place is virtually 99% all new on the interior! Rates include towels, linens, and departure cleaning.
Private, third level Master Bedroom Suite with king-size bed, full bathroom, and ceramic tiled balcony overlooking the swimming pool.
Both bathrooms have wall-mounted blow dryers, so you won't have to bring your hair dryer from home.
We also have extended cable TV service which includes over 100 channels (not just the basic cable service with only 13 channels like most other rentals offer)
