This beautiful, 3 bedroom villa has recently been completely renovated and refurnished and is immaculately maintained! Our villa is located in the popular South Forest Beach Area of Hilton Head Island, within one mile of the Sea Pines Ocean Entrance and less than a 5 minute walk to the beach.
The Seascape complex features naturally landscaped grounds with walking trails and lagoons and 2 swimming pools. There is also a private Beach Cabana located on the ocean for the exclusive use of Seascape owners and guests. The cabana includes outside showers and restrooms so you don’t have to run back to the villa for those emergency bathroom breaks! We've even included a beach cart in the villa so you can easily stroll your things to the beach without breaking a sweat!
Walk or bicycle to famous Coligny Plaza with over 80 local shops, restaurants, and a movie theater. Hilton Head's only Water Park is only a short 2 blocks away.
Our Villa overlooks the swimming pool (approximately 25 feet from back deck).
Large deck overlooking pool includes table and chairs for 6 people and a gas grill. Sit on the deck or in the den and watch your kids swim and play!

Sleeping configuration(sleeps 8-10 people):
1) 3rd floor master bedroom suite has 1 KING bed and private full bathroom and ceramic tiled balcony overlooking swimming pool.
2) 2nd floor guest bedroom has 1 KING bed with wall of windows overlooking the swimming pool.
3) Another 2nd floor bedroom has 1 QUEEN and 1 DOUBLE bed.
4) Den has a QUEEN pullout sofa bed.
The 2nd floor bedrooms share a full bathroom. Both bathrooms have wall-mounted blow dryers, so you won't have to bring your hair dryer from home.
Please! No HOUSE PARTIES, NO SMOKING AND NO PETS ALLOWED. Must be 25 years of age or older to book...or married couples.

With nice, wide bike/walking paths along South Forest Beach Drive, it's an easy walk or bike ride to Coligny Circle (about 1/2 mile) or the Sea Pines Ocean Gate entrance. Coligny Circle is a popular shopping center with over 60 shops and restaurants. There's even a grocery store and theatre there.
