Our custom-designed home is located in the exclusive Seadrift community of Stinson Beach. Seadrift is a gated community which will appeal to those seeking a relaxing and private beach experience - weekend beach crowds cannot park in your front yard, but there may be a crowd of Pelicans in Bolinas Lagoon or Snowy Egrets roosting in the trees. 12 ft. ceilings w/skylights and windows galore to allow you to enjoy the beauty of Stinson Beach and Bolinas Lagoon from the inside out. The livingroom has a completely unobstructed view of Bolinas Lagoon, Bolinas Ridge and the entrance to the Olema Valley. This is a wonderful retreat for nature lovers, birdwatchers, mountain bikers, hikers, kyackers. Families with children will appreciate the manmade lagoon where kids can swim and kyack in addition to the restricted traffic flow. But, if surfing and boogeboarding are more to your liking, access to Seadrift's private beach is a short walk. For those who want to explore Northern Calif., San Francisco, the Napa/Sonoma Valley's and Pt. Reyes National Seashore are easy day trips. If a quiet day at the beach is more to your liking you can walk for miles on Seadrift's private beach, maybe take some surfing lessons. Downtown Stinson Beach has three local resturants for relaxed/casual dining; a great bookstore, an art gallery, gift shops, library and video store. The little town of Bolinas (roughly 5 miles away, up the coast) has Duxbury reef, which is a great place to take the kids tidepooling. ***No Pets***Minimum Rental 3 nights***No Pets
