This recently remodeled Key West style Florida Home is in North Naples. Perfect for that dream beach vacation. It sits on a canal, view is of a preserve, not someone's backyard. An eagles nest is in the protected preserve across the canal.
We have a permanent telescope fixed on the nest to watch the yearly migration and nesting season. It is awesome to watch the baby eagles grow each year. We have bikes for your use, as well as kayaks, a canoe, and a boat dock in the back yard. You can launch your boat at Wiggens park, just one mile away and park it at our boat dock.
Our neighborhood is completely unique. It is in North Naples with all the conveniences of the city, yet very quiet and tucked away for plenty of privacy. The neighborhood is a canal & boating community. We are so close to nature, actually, we are a part of it. Keep a head of lettuce handy to feed to the matees that frequent our canal...actually your not supposed to feed them, so, just enjoy watching them swim and snack on the mangroves that grow along the canal. We also enjoy watching the egrets who make this neighborhood their home as well.
A 5-minute boat ride takes you to Wiggens Pass State Park and Barefoot Beach. There is a 5.00 charge to go to the State Park that will be FREE to you, when using our yearly pass. This park has all the amenities, bathrooms, gazebos, shelling, shower and is very uncrowded. If your feeling adventurous you can use our kayak or canoe to explore the back waters and watch the dolphins, or head to the gulf, park it and spend the day at the beach.
Our home is modern, newly remodeled, painted and furnished. The master bedroom has a canal view with a King size bed. The kids bedroom has a queen size bed, as well as a twin. The third bedroom, (may or may not be available, ask when booking) has a day bed.
