It is a tri-level home with four decks. The top level has two bedrooms, middle level one bedroom and ground level one bedroom plus bath and sauna.
The main level, middle level, is where the center of activity takes place. This is where the kitchen is located with a counter where 10 people can sit and is open to the living room. This is unique in that it is open to the living area and no one feels left out.
This is also the level where the "master bedroom" is located as well as the washer, dryer and fireplace. It is a great room for games, watching movies and being together. This is a large living room that opens onto a large deck that has a BBQ and deck furniture. This is a wonderful area to enjoy with family, friends and enjoy the peacefulness and fresh smell of the mountain area.

The Unique Benefits of this House
My husband and I purchased this home over twenty years ago. We had four sons and thought this would be a great way to enjoy our children and spend great time together. It has been a tradition for us to spend Christmas week at Tahoe for more than 30 years. This home was the perfect place for that as it accommodated everyone plus their friends. After a day of skiing in the winter we would come home, prepare dinner with everyone gathered around at the kitchen counter then finish the evening by conversing, playing games or watching movies. This house has enabled my family to have many memories and will continue to do so in the years to come.
