The bedrooms have luxurious new pillowtop mattresses. The private manicured backyard has a hot tub, warm outdoor shower and a terrific finished detached bunkroom. Great for the kids.
The location is unbeatable. It is a short beach walk to the Crow's Nest for dinner or take the water taxi to Aldo's for breakfast. There is a wonderful farmer's market at the other end of our street on Sunday mornings.

The Unique Benefits at this House
The house is close enough to the beach to see and hear the surf but it is not as cool and windy as the beachfront homes. The yacht harbor is a wonderful spot for dining, strolling and watching the sailboats. The quiet cul de sac can be a nice respite from the summertime crowds.
