This farm house was the central house to a 10,000 acre ranch that now is down to the current 60 acres. It is at the end of a county road and has been said to be an oasis, with very large mature trees 3-8' in diameter and the Huerfano River running on the south end of the property. The Green horn mountains are 5 miles away! There are mature apple trees and a 17 acre hay field.The neighbors on all sides own 1,200-5,000 acres so there are no problems with noise.
