This condominium complex in Destin was completed in 2002. This resort is ranked as one of Destin's top five resorts with 9000 square feet of tropical landscaping. The complex has two pools. There is a main 4300 square foot, Lagoon-style pool with a mushroom fountain that children love, barbecue facilities and fronting with our own dedicated beach along with our second heated pool having its own beach club with a grill that is very convenient, serving delicious hot dogs, hamburgers, ice cream and a selection of beverages while also serving our beachgoers. The beach club and the main lagoon pool both have rest room facilities. Beach umbrellas and chairs are available at our beach.
Directly next door to the beach club pool is one of Destin's most popular restaurants, "The Back Porch." Walk on the beach and order your favorite beverage from the Back Porch's "beach" bar.
Sterling Shores also has an indoor "private" 42 seat surround sound movie theater located on the second floor, just steps from your condo. Enjoy fresh-made popcorn and watch your favorite movie, DVD, tape, or cable television. This is another favorite of our families, both adult and children.
This is a non-smoking unit and NO pets are allowed. You must also be at least 25 years of age to rent this unit. We feel confident that once you have stayed in our unit, you will return year after year.
Once you've finished enjoying a day at the beach or one of our TWO POOLS, kick back in our comfy sofas and watch your videos or DVD's. Each bedroom also has a TV . There is also an in-house movie theater (where you can use your own movies!) and seasonal children's programs.
The extra large kitchen gives you plenty of room to move around. Then, enjoy watching the sunset with after dinner drinks from the oversized balcony!
Sterling Shores is located right next to three great Restaurants: Ruth's Chris Steak House, The Back Porch Seafood and Oyster Bar (a Destin favorite) and Grazie's Italian Restaurant. No where else in Destin do you have this type of walking access. Across the street is the Walmart, Hooters
Walk the other way and you are at the Track mini golf, go carts, games and much much more.
Rules you should know
•NOTICE TO GUESTS: This property is privately owned. Management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone and will not be responsible for accidents or injury, loss of money, jewelry, or valuables of any kind. Guests agree to be responsible for any and all losses and/or damages to this rental property.
•KEYS & WRISTBANDS The keys and/or wristbands that you may be issued must be returned as you will be instructed to do. There is a $125.00 lost key charge for any unreturned key and $25.00 for each non-returned wristband .
•CANCELLATIONS: All reservations cancelled are subject to loss of deposit. Entire rent due will be forfeited if unit is not re-rented for lease term.
•RENTAL DEPOSIT: A 50% deposit is required on all reservations, a reservation made within 30 days of arrival date will require payment in full. All payments must be made by credit card and is due at time of making reservations.
•SECURITY DEPOSIT: Your credit card will be billed for any damages, missing items, long distance calls and any other unauthorized charges to the unit.
•TELEPHONE: All rentals have telephones. The number will be furnished at reservation time. Please bring your telephone credit card. If it is necessary to bill the renter for long distance calls, the renter will be charged the cost of calls plus a $25.00 service charge. All telephone numbers are registered with 911.
•ITEMS LEFT IN PROPERTY:Tara Properties will not be responsible for personal items left in rental property. A $25.00 service charge and mailing costs are required if you request Tara Properties to mail items left behind. Credit card payment is required in advance.

Perfect location right in the center and easy access to everything (Walmart, Water park, "Seafood restraunt right behind the condo". Our unit was very clean and the area was very quite.The beach theme was very cool and the bunk beds with LCD TV's was perfect for the kids. We had a great time and give this place 5 stars.. Perfect place to get away from the stressful everyday routine of life.... :) Oh, the crystal blue water in Destin Fl. is beautiful!
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, families with young children.
