Owner's Profile
Owner Description
Year Purchased: 2008
After years of visiting the area, we finally decided to build a home that we could use for visits with family and friends. It's a great getaway where we reconnect with our family.
Why the Owner Chose Berkeley Springs
It's a beautifully peaceful location with a great view of Cacapon Mountain, in a quiet community close to the State Park. The lake on which the property fronts has been drained to make needed repairs, but even without the water, the views from the deck are just fantastic.
The Unique Benefits of this Cabin
Berkeley Springs is a short and relaxing drive from DC, Baltimore or Philly, and centrally located for visiting Gettysburg, Harper's Ferry, and other Civil War locations as well as Western Maryland skiing and whitewater rafting. Berkeley Springs is also recognized as one of the top small town art destinations in the country.
