Why the Owner Chose Sand Pointe
The View. When the real estate agent opened the door, we could see straight out through the floor to ceiling windows and the blue waters of the Gulf of Mexico. That convinced us on this home.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
Everything needed for a relaxed stay is in our island home and we furnish it the same way we do our primary home in Wisconsin. This large, well landscaped property has a great pool that is the same size as properties that are five times the size. There is always plenty of room around the pool for privacy and lap swimming.
Wonderful Bailey Tract just a short distance, it's free, and perfect for runners, walkers and bikers. Miles of well marked paths, several small lakes and full of Sanibel wildlife.

We just returned from a fabulous family trip. The condo is a pretty as the pictures shown. We saw dolphins each morning and enjoyed fabulous sunsets at night. The grounds are well kept and the pool is very nice. We are already looking forward to next year's trip.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway.
