This is a great, affordable home in Pacific Beach (part of triplex). Only five blocks to the ocean and two blocks to Mission Bay. Three blocks to a great children's park. Right in the heart of the most popular place to vacation in San Diego. Easy walking distance to beach, shops, restaurants, and bars. Only five minutes to Sea World, ten minutes to Downtown, 15 minutes to the San Diego Zoo, and 30 minutes to Legoland or Wild Animal Park. Even only an hour and a half to Disneyland!
The house has 2 queen size beds, 1 full bed, 2 twin beds, and a full size futon.
Parking for up to two cars and can accommodate RV/Boat/Trailer with advance notice. Large front patio with table, chairs, and barbecue. Full kitchen and laundry room. Bikes available for use, kayak available on request. We have a crib available if needed. Pets also possible, ask.
