Year Purchased: 2001
Steve and I enjoy spending time with friends and family and have had an opportunity to share our condo with them. We enjoy the Ft. Desoto Beach and also the beach at Pass-A-Grille. John's Pass is another favorite with the shopping and variety of restaurants available. We often dine at the Hurricane and Billy Stone Crab and love watching the sunsets. The location is great with the Tampa airport less than 30 minutes away, plus shopping malls and other casual dining nearby.
Why the Owner Chose St. Petersburg
We have family in this area and had vacationed here for several years. When we decided to purchase we looked in several areas but found that this area offered a peaceful getaway while being close to so many activities. We love the easy assess to the beaches, shopping, dining, and especially the convenience to the expressways.
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
It is in a quiet community that is beautifully maintained and so convenient to St. Pete Beach, downtown St. Petersburg, the Pier, and an easy drive to the airport in Tampa. The condo is spacious with over 1400 sq. ft. The enclosed patio overlooks the lake where we enjoy different birds every season plus there is a view of the intracoastal waterway.
