All utilities are included in the fee. Standard equipment includes washing machine, microwave, kettle, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, cooking pans, full line linens, bath towels, iron and ironing board. Also free unlimited wireless and Ful HD 46 inch LCD TV with satellite and home teather system. The apartment owners are family people. Pets are not welcomed and so are the smokers. Smokers may use terrace.
This historical building is re-built two years ago. The apartment on the 3th floor from the front door side. The owner couple living in the same building. Both can speak very well English. Ready to help the visitors.
Located right by the Golden Horn with a panoramic view of Galata Tower, Topkapi Palace and Hagia Sophia. Kadir Has University is 300 meters away, The Fener Patriarchy is 400 meters, iron-cast Bulgarian church is only 500 meters away. There are a lot of nice fish restaurants right by the building within 250 meters circle.
15 minutes walk to Grand Bazaar and Spice Market. 30 minutes walk to Sultanahmet area and Hagia Sophia. 25 minutes walk to Beyoglu and Taksim square. You can also use buses.
