The floor plan layout of this apartment offers total privacy between the master bedroom and the guest bedroom, as each room is located on opposite sides of the living room. Estuve este verano dos semanas en The Grand, con mis dos hijos de 13 y 17, estuvimos felices, el departamento es precioso tiene muchisima luz y todo lo necesario, es muy facil de mantener en orden, el edificio es muy bonitol la alberca esta preciosa la disfrutamos muchisimo, la ubicacion del edificio esta increible ly esta muy cerca de todo, la marina esta preciosa, el gimnasio esta muy bien equipado y tienes clases de varias actividades tan contentos nos la pasamos que queremos regresar en Diciembre! Diana la persona que lo administra nos atendio muy bien y estuvo muy pendiente todo el tiempo, mil gracias por todo!
Owner response:Dicen por alli que "la locacion" es lo mas importante de un lugar y realmente nuestro departamento esta privilegiado en estar en los mejores lugares de todo Miami. La conveniencia a todas las actividades turisticas en el centro, la cercania a South Beach y el "metro mover" que te transporta gratuitamente por todo el centro se encuentra a tan solo media cuadra del departamento...y no dejen de disfrutar todo lo que el edificio tiene que ofrecer...picina olimpica, 4 jacuzzi`s, gimnasio completo con vista a la bahia y la area comercial con variedad de restaurantes y boutiques.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, people with disabilities, sightseeing, pet owners, adventure seekers, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

We rented this property for approximately five weeks and were very pleased with it. The owner was professional and easy to work with. The property exceeded our expectations. The amenities associated with the property - large heated pool, hot tubs etc etc were as described and were excellent. Location was fantastic. It was easy to take public transit to explore downtown Miami or South Beach. Summary - you will be very pleased.

The state-of-the-art gym overlooking the Bay and marina is available for use by our guests free of charge and offers an array of cardio-vascular equipment, free weights, yoga classes, sauna and even massage services. The Mezzanine shopping area offers 5 restaurants with a choice of Italian, Argentine, Oriental and International fare. There is also a wonderful deli and supermarket, a liquor store, car rental, and various boutiques.

Stunning condo over looking the water in Miami. Great location for our weeks stay in Miami to work the International Boat Show. Dealing with the owner and his local agent was business like, but very easy. We would stay here again in the future.

Enjoy lunch or afternoon drinks at the outdoor terrace bar overlooking the marina and South Beach and watch the sunset. Our close proximity to the free monorail "metro mover" also provides guests a safe and comfortable way to get around the downtown area and enjoy the attractions of Miami without having to worry about having a car.

This condo was beautifully decorated and in a great location. The view is fantastic. The condo had all the amenities necessary for a great time. There were ample kitchen utensils, ironing board, towels and all other things necessary for a comfortable and convenient stay. The building is really nice and has a large pool. Also, located in the building is fitness center, salon and some great restaurants that deliver. We had a great time and if returning to Miami would stay in this condo again.

Relax in the evening on our large terrace with comfortable furnishings overlooking Biscayne Bay and Miami Beach. Entertaining is made easy with a dry bar stocked Martini glasses, Brandy snifters and wine glasses. The separate dining room comfortably seats 8 for casual or formal dinners and entertaining. If you would rather eat out or cater in, there are 5 restaurants located within the builiding and provide guests with an array of dining options, from Argentine beef, Italian fare or Asian cuisine. There is also a wonderful deli and goumet grocery located on the mezzanine level.

We book the apartment for the 4th of July weekend. It is a fantastic place. Everything listed on the property is completely accurate. Place was beautiful, clean and safe. Had a great view of South Beach and it is located perfectly 7 minutes from South Beach and 3 minutes from Brickell. Payment was easy, and the owner was very responsive to all of our requests, emails and concerns. I personally would recommend this apartment to family members, friends and anyone who would like a an apt in Miami as opposed to a hotel.
Owner response:If location is what you are looking for, you cannot beat this location. Our condo is situated in the heart of Miami so that you do not need a car to enjoy Miami and the surrounding areas. The free of charge "metro mover" is located 1/2 block away and will take you comfortably to the downtown area for shopping, dining and nightlife. Tourist attractions and sightseeing are all within walking distance. South Beach can be reached by bicycle (there is a bike rental shop a block from us) Bike on the Venetian Causeway bridge through residential islands and reach South Beach in 15 minutes..Don`t want to hassle with finding and paying parking on the beach, another comfortable option is to take the city bus to South Beach...just a 1/2 block`s walk to the bus stop and a comfortable 7 minute ride.
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, girls getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.
