The Pearl in the Mountains is a small (1000 SQ FT) but lovely urban flat located in the heart of Boulder Colorado. Location, location, location, combined with a modern sophistication and style new to Mork's mountain town.
There is an elevator from the private garage servicing the only 3 units in this very quiet building. Upon entering there is no question that this is a sanctuary in the heart of town.
You are home. The main room is open and has windows facing the South and the East. There is a large porch that is wonderful for eating meals or just enjoying Colorado's blue skies
An efficient open cook's kitchen with custom cabinets, glass tiles, and integrated appliances makes eating at home after a lovely trip to the farmer's market a pleasure.
Don't worry if cooking isn't your style while on vacation there are more restaurants than we can list with-in walking distance.
The 42" flat screen with DVR is concealed in a large modern entertainment center. The master bedroom is small and simple with a new organic queen mattress, antique Tibetan night stands and high quality bedding.
The master bath is connected and features tiled walls, steam shower, and soaking tub. Two large windows over the tub make this bathroom bright and luxurious.
The second bedroom is small and simple but very comfortable, antique Buddha hanging and local artwork adorn the walls.
The Pearl has an Asian flare with a gentle organic modern feel. There are concrete floors throughout, in floor heat and neutral organic colors on all the walls.
Combining simple sophistication simple sophistication and style with the prime Pearl street location and all that Boulder has to offer it's hard to go wrong.
This is the perfect place if you are looking for a get away that includes, good food, a small vibrant town, tons of entertainment, and the Rocky Mountains just a stone's throw away.

I am a bit nomadic, I live between Colorado and Kauai. I spend my time in places that inspire me to take pictures, do yoga, eat healthy food; local when ever possible, and be outside.
Why the Owner Chose Boulder
I love small towns and big cities. I have found that Boulder is a great mix of the two. On Pearl I am walking distance from everything. There are all the pleasures of living in a city plus I can walk to great trails, the farmers market, and bike every where.
The Unique Benefits of this Condominium
There is nothing better than being in Boulder and enjoying a walking life style. The best coffee in town is just less than a 5 minute walk. The restaurant scene in Boulder is fantastic - my favorite 5 or 6 restaurants are all with in walking distance. Casual deli lunches, or the nicest high end restaurants. Boulder is one of the few places that allows a bit of outside living almost year round. There is a large deck with comfortable chairs and outdoor eating that is great. Warm sunny afternoons in January frequently hit the 50's and summer nights are great for eating outdoors. The location is so central you truly can walk, ride a bike, or bus anywhere in town from right out the front door. Underground parking with elevator access does making driving and parking simple.
