I had a cancellation that brought an additional town home I have available for rent, for Feb thru April. It is available for weekly to monthly. Great for family members coming to watch the Spring Training, my town home is under a mile from the Spring Training Facility located in the same Town home community as this listing, same layout, except it is decorate differently. This is a new condominium community built in 2006. This condo has many nice touches. Custom painted,professionally decorated, Spanish style with two floors, 3 bedrooms, and 3 full bathrooms, attached w/ 2 car garage. Located in private gated community. All utilities included,high speed internet,phone,and cable television to enjoy on a 50inch plasma (we also provide dvd movies for your enjoyment).

My fiance and I bought this property in December of 2008. We love the Surprise area its serene,and a very beautiful area. These condos we love, they are very beautifully done, and have lots of wonderful touches. I really enjoyed decorating them as well, since I love to do interior decorating.We purchased this property as well as some others because we have a lot of family who always come and visit, and we wanted them to have a place to stay if needed,and it is a great investment for our families future.

This new townhome community is beautifully landscaped, with a community pool and spa, a kids playground, and a fitness center. So you can swim on a warm day, relax in a hot jacuzzi at night, and even work out if you feel the need.... The condo is beautifully decorated to create a relaxing atmosphere. The townhome community is located in a quiet area out in Surprise, AZ. When we decorated and furnished the condo, we were very happy with how quiet and serene the area is.Not even 5 miles away you have your choice of several different places to dine,watch a movie at the theater,or to shop at several different retail stores,all within the same area of each other.I am sure you will enjoy this beautiful city, and condo.

My wife and I spent the month of March at this Town House. We could have not asked for a better place to stay in Surprise. It had everything that was possible for a great vacation. Close to the baseball stadium and close to the CVS drugstore for the daily paper. The place was everything as described in the advertisement and more. Thank you: Jim & Betty
