All utilities included,high speed internet,phone,and cable television to enjoy on a 50inch plasma (we also provide dvd movies for your enjoyment).
Front entrance to condo is gated with a privacy wall, stainless steel appliances, high end maple kitchen cupboards, corian countertops w/ Kitchen Island,large walk in kitchen pantry. The kitchen is fully stocked with all that is needed to cook and entertain. With all brand new GE Profile appliances. Glass top stove, microwave,dishwasher,all you need is to bring the food.

My fiance and I bought this property in December of 2008. We love the Surprise area its serene,and a very beautiful area. These condos we love, they are very beautifully done, and have lots of wonderful touches. I really enjoyed decorating them as well, since I love to do interior decorating.We purchased this property as well as some others because we have a lot of family who always come and visit, and we wanted them to have a place to stay if needed,and it is a great investment for our families future.

This new townhome community is beautifully landscaped, with a community pool and spa, a kids playground, and a fitness center. So you can swim on a warm day, relax in a hot jacuzzi at night, and even work out if you feel the need.... The condo is beautifully decorated to create a relaxing atmosphere. The townhome community is located in a quiet area out in Surprise, AZ. When we decorated and furnished the condo, we were very happy with how quiet and serene the area is.Not even 5 miles away you have your choice of several different places to dine,watch a movie at the theater,or to shop at several different retail stores,all within the same area of each other.I am sure you will enjoy this beautiful city, and condo.
