The dream of my life has been to live and work in the vacation capital of the world: Laguna Beach. I am President of the Wellness Center of America and deal in the nutritional analysis of the chemistries of the body. I live on the first level of this beautiful tri-level home and decided to make a vacation rental when my husband died this June. I'm offering a special "perk" to my renters: free nutritional consultations, if they so desire. Or I can be quiet and invisible. I baby sit free of charge.

So many unique benefits but most of all the beauty of the 180 degree ocean view and the outstanding sunsets over the water. And only a 5 minute walk to the famous Victoria Beach. The convenience of taking the Laguna Beach Trolley for a 5 minute ride to amazing quaint shops, dozens of art galleries, Pageant of the Masters, Festival of the Arts, the Laguna Playhouse (live theatre), the Sawdust Art Festival, the Laguna Art Museum, and dozens of 5 Star restaurants and night clubs. It is across from the number one resort/hotel in the world: The Montage where bungalows go for $6,000 per night! Buses take you right to Disneyland and Knotts Berry Farm. It is next door to two famous 5 Star restaurants: Dizz's and Tabu. What a dream vacation spot!
