Why the Owner Chose Sunrise Beach
After an extensive 18 month search we finally found the perfect location on the Lake. Our home is located in Tara Vista, a quiet, upscale private waterfront community in close proximity by land and/or by water to the best water sports, championship golf courses, shopping, dining & entertainment that Lake of the Ozarks has to offer.
The Unique Benefits at this House
We absolutely love having coffee and breakfast on the martini deck with pergola watching the sunrise over the bluffs. It's breathtaking each and every time. As the day unfolds we enjoy watching the variety of boats go by from sail boats, cruisers to power boats. Fishing, boating, skiing, tubing are always great fun! Rainy days may be our favorite. Whether we stay in and watch a storm roll through, take a nap or go shopping we enjoy our time at the lake, no matter what the weather, year round.

This lakefront home was all that it was advertised to be and more! It's a very well maintained and well appointed home that has something for everyone. Our group included adults from 26 to 80 years of age and we all had a fabulous time. The dock provided a great fishing and swimming spot as well as parking for the pontoon boat we rented. We've never had the privilege of working with such personable and helpful owners - they were just great! We'd highly recommend this property to anyone looking for an excellent lakefront vacation property.
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children.
