Great value! This quiet, light and very comfortable apartment in the 9th district can sleep up to 5 persons! This property has been renovated to high standards, and there is no wasted space. It is approximately 500 square feet, but thanks to the layout, it can comfortably accommodate five persons. It is therefore suitable for a family with young children or for two couples. A fifth guest can be accommodated on a spare foldaway bed upon request. A baby crib can also be provided.
Immediately to the right upon entering the apartment is the kitchen with a glass door, opening onto the living room. With a clean, modern design, it is fully equipped and has a large window overlooking a small courtyard.
The living room, adjacent, looks out onto the large main courtyard providing lots of light. It has a comfortable, high end leather sofabed and large flat screen TV with cable, and internet. Continuing along in to the dining area, you have yet another window looking out onto a smaller courtyard, with a glass table which can comfortably seat 6 persons. A fifth person could be accommodated in this area on a foldaway bed if need be.
From the dining area, you access the bedroom, with its queen bed and matching designer lamps and large closets for storing plenty of luggage and clothing!
Next to the bedroom is the bathroom, with modern high end fittings, a shower, toilet, and combination washer-dryer.
Located on the rue de Clichy, the apartment is equidistant between metro Liège and metro Place de Clichy. This is a location with easy access to the Grands Magasins, Opera, Madeleine and the major Right Bank destinations. It has a convenient metro line literally 2 minutes up the street and several bus lines with direct access to all points of interest in the city. This area also has lots of restaurants and cafés, especially the charming Rue des Martyrs, also within walking distance.
The property is very quiet and calm, and a perfect place to come back to in the evening after a busy day shopping and sightseeing!
