The Unique Benefits at this House
Walks on the beach, jumping the waves, fireworks on Friday nights in the summer, lounging on the balcony, eating freshly caught fish, drinking pina coladas & margaritas at the beach bar close by, breathing wonderful air, looking at the beautiful starry sky at night. Shopping trips to Mexico.

Nationally top rated seafood right here on the Island. My parents owned Bartholomew's marina for years, which became the Sea Ranch. My stepfather was Jack Bartholomew a famous fishing guide.

Horseback riding on the beach; all levels of skill. Owned by a third generation local who I've known all my life.

Central location, quiet, clean and well appointed. The lay out of the inside is perfect. The garage and front lawn is great for washing down beach items before storing in the garage. The front deck has shade in the morning and late afternoons. There is always shade under the front deck on the drive way. The resident care taker is there for your assistance.
Recommended for:Sightseeing, families with young children, families with teenagers, pet owners, tourists without a car, age 55+, romantic getaway, girls getaway, adventure seekers.

Thank You you for such a wonderful stay in South Padre! We absolutely loved your place and felt like we were "at home" during our vacation! We were so thankful to come back to such a peaceful sanctuary after a long day on the beach. While most of the island felt crazy and chaotic because of the thousands of Mexican Nationals visiting the island, your home is nestled into a sweet spot away from the hustle and bustle. We enjoyed quiet evenings and restful sleep. Thanks again and we definitely hope to stay with you again in the near future.

This is one of the greatest places that we have ever stayed at..The owners are wonderful, and the facilities are great..I would highly recommond it to everyone...!
