This is a new (July 2007-corner unit) high-end luxury 4 level Townhouse, located a very short walk to the Pier, Cinema, Shopping, Restaurants and all of downtown Oceanside. The harbor, and I-5 are both just a 5 minute drive from this location.
The first level of the home is the office/bedroom w/ Queen Aero bed, wifi, and a copier, scanner, fax, printer, ready for your laptop use. The office opens into the enclosed two car garage. In the garage you will find a “dumbwaiter” which carries your heavy grocery bags, etc. up to the kitchen.
The second level has two master suites each with their own baths. One has a Queen bed and the other has a Full. There are also 2 Twin Aero beds onsite. The washer and dryer are also closeted on this level with all laundry supplies. All bed and bath linens are provided.
The third level is the living area. The open floor plan features the living room and kitchen. The living room has a large flat panel TV with cable/HBO/Showtime/DVD/VCR. The kitchen and baths have beautiful granite countertops. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything needed to prepare meals. The pantry contains all the supplies needed including small appliances, paper products, cleaning supplies and sundry items. There is a Radio/Intercom System located in the Kitchen. Large windows let lots of light in. The unit has central air conditioning and heating.
The forth level is the rooftop where you get a 360 degree view of the ocean and downtown Oceanside. With miles and miles of views and the breeze coming off the ocean; now you know you are on vacation! The rooftop has a Jacuzzi that seats 8, patio furniture, and a gas BBQ. This is one of the best features of the Townhouse.

The owner bought this home as an investment. Oceanside is growing and becoming a vacation destination. The downtown location is perfect for vacationers because you are where the action is.

This home is a short walk to the pier, all the new restaurants, movies, shops, etc that are being developed in downtown Oceanside. Our sleepy little beach town is really changing and being discovered. The harbor is just a mile north and there is just so much to do out in that ocean. The food is awesome, the sunsets, the sand, it's all GOOD.
