Ocean Pier III Unit #222 is an end unit perfectly situated overlooking the magnificent Atlantic Ocean. The interiors of this unit are very clean and beautiful. It is a nicely appointed two-bedroom, two-bathroom condominium that comfortably accommodates six-seven people. The master bedroom has a king size bed and a private full bath. The second bedroom has a queen size bed.
There is also a sofa sleeper in the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped and allows you to prepare your own meals or just use the microwave for something quick and simple! There many great local restaurants to choose from at nearby restaurant row or barefoot landing.
The choice is yours! The living room and dining area make you feel as though you are at home, with all the comforts. There is a furnished porch/balcony that overlooks the ocean and allows the sea breezes and salt air flow all around you. This second story unit is ideal for viewing the ocean and all its beauty. We have stayed for the second time in this condo for a period of 3 months (winter). The place is very clean and all the commodities were available in this condo. It is a very well-maintained place and is well situated for shops and restaurants, The owner is very quick to provide the necessary services when needed. Without hesitation we recommend this property for a nice quiet vacation.
Recommended for:Age 55+, families with young children.

Immaculate condo! Even more beautiful than photos show. Great view from corner unit. Keyless entry and internet access a plus! Grounds and pool were well maintained, plenty of parking. Owner was great to work with and quick to respond to questions! Would definitely stay here again!!
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.
