The Island Time is pool side villa in a unique Caribbean setting with other like villas, they surround a 5000 sq ft pool oasis, complete with waterfall, and a hot tub in the middle of the pool. There is a weight room, hot tub, and sauna as well as an indoor heated pool onsite for your enjoyment, located a short walk from villa.
The Tiki Bar onsite is a good place to go after a hot day, and enjoy conversation with locals and vacationers like yourself. The staff at the Tiki Bar are some of the nicest people in the area, they serve drinks of all types, there is also music provided on most weekends/holidays for your enjoyment, provided by the Tiki Bar. The staff is knowledgeable of the area, and will provide you with the information you may need.

Year Purchased: 2009
Billy & Pam Warren .Pam is mgr of a company that her dad started over fifty years ago, and I am a Paramedic. We have a daughter that is 11, and a son that is 28. We live in Tennessee, and vacation at various places as we can. Pam & I have been married for 19 years, and have always enjoyed vacations at the beach, and being around other people.
Why the Owner Chose Purple Parrot
We found the Purple Parrot to be like no other place we had been before on our vacations. We like the fact that you may not be directly on the beach, but you have everything you need here, and you don't have to wait on elevators, to carry your luggage up to your room. This is also a gated community, so this is good for security reasons. The beach is just a short drive or walk(1500 ft to beach, and 1000 ft to the bay ),and the beaches are just beautiful year round.
The Unique Benefits of this Villa
I am an avid golfer, so for me this is just like having a place on a golf course, as there is Lost Key golf club just across the road, and other courses within 5 minutes driving time to enjoy. Pam on the other hand loves gulf seafood, sunning and relaxing, and our daughter loves the pool's, and hot tubs.

WE ARE THE HOMEOWNERS OF THIS VILLA. THIS IS A VERY NICE POOLSIDE VILLA. WE STAY HERE ALOT, SO THIS IS A NEWLY FURNISHED VILLA WITH EVERYTHING NEEDED TO HAVE A GREAT VACATION. THE BEACHES ARE WONDERFUL. 1000 FT TO THE BAY/1500 FT TO THE OCEAN. GREAT PLACE TO STAY. THE TIKI BAR HAS THE BEST DRINKS AND LIVE MUSIC. YOU CAN RELAX ON THE SCREENED IN PORCH AND WATCH THE KIDS OR JUST ENJOY YOURSELF. NO ELEVATORS OR STAIRS TO CLIMB.
