Our living room and master bedroom overlook this tranquil marsh with glorious and impressive views of the ocean. Relax and enjoy all that “mother nature” has to offer on Harbor Island from the private deck off the living room. Our downstairs has been newly renovated with cool summer colors, wood floors, and comfortable beach cottage furniture. The kitchen is fully equipped with new appliances and provides everything you need for your “home away from home”. Both bedrooms are located on the second floor away from the rest of the living space. The master bedroom offers a queen size bed and private bath. The guest bedroom also has its own bath and twin beds.
As our guest, you’ll have free access to the Harbor Island Beach and Tennis Club with its Olympic size pool, kiddie pool, fitness center, and tennis courts. There is also an additional pool adjacent to the villa.

Harbor is a private 1400 acre barrier island on the Atlantic seacoast located outside the city of Beaufort, S.C. and is unparalleled resort living in a gated setting. The calming beauty of the island is evident in its rolling sand dunes covered with coastal grasses and sea oats and in its salt water marshes and tidal waters. The 2 ½ mile beach is unspoiled and un-crowded and is just steps away from our villa. Watch the dolphins play in the water and enjoy the fly-byes of the pelicans as well as delight in building sand castles and shell hunting. If you’re lucky you can experience loggerhead turtles during their nesting season (May-August). The extraordinary view of the marsh from our deck is teeming with herons, egrets, terns, and visits from the river otters.
Bask in the natural tropical setting that is evident all year round and come discover our island. We’re sure you’ll fall in love with our magical retreat.

Heron, gulls and ospreys are prominent inhabitants in this unspoiled seaside oasis, and join the many migratory sea birds that stop in for a visit. Loggerhead turtles nest along the 2.5-mile beach area and many Harbor Island real estate owners enjoy participating in the local turtle watch program.
