This is a well kept 1992 2 bed 2 bath singlewide home with a screened porch nestled in a quiet neighborhood, off the main roads. When in season enjoy the beautiful landscaped yard, or enjoy the shade of the pines as you swing, or There is a large fenced in yard for the kids and pets to play in while you relax on the screened in porch. We want you to come and enjoy your time!! There's a charcoal grill so you can grill out or can go into Shallotte or Holden Beach to eat out at a variety of restaurants. If you like cooking in, the house has a fully equipped kitchen with all new appliances.
For the fisherman, plenty of room to park your boat in the yard with A nice boat launch only a short drive with many reefs a short distance off the coast, or fishing in the ICW is always good. If you don't have a boat there are several charter boats at Holden beach. Close by there is the Holden beach pier, putt putt, bumper cars, ice cream, shopping, antiques, and a water slide. For the avid golfer there are a variety of golf courses near by. There is so much near by to keep the whole family entertained.

The home is located approx 8 mins to Holden Beach, 10 mins to Shallotte, and 30-45 mins to Wilmington and Myrtle Beach.

We are Tim and Kristen White. We own 2 houses here at Holden Beach, NC. They are currently both for sale. One is a 1992 2 bed 2 bath Oxford Singlewide on a 1/2 acre lot that is completely fenced in, asking $87k for it. We have been renting this one and have had a lot of sucess with it, if you might be looking for an investment property. The 2nd house we have is located on Stanley Rd. off of Stone Chimney/Old Ferry Connection. It was built 2006 and has 3 bedrooms 2 baths, hardwoods in the living rm and master bedrm, large back deck, covered front porch, and a LARGE pond out in the back yard; asking $146,000.
We love the beach and being outdoors. We both are animals lovers, we have 2 dogs, a cat, and an African Grey Parrot. We grew up together, dated in high school and then got married at Ocean Isle in 2006.
