  This a a lovely condo with high-end appointments. Very well-kept; seems new. The location in the complex is convenient to the pool and fitness center. I'll go back to this unit when I return to Naples.

  With everything you can imagine for a first class stay and use for a beach/pool/resort vacation at your disposal (down to beach toys in the closet and wrapped combs in the bathrooms as part of the toilietries!); a unit that was impecably clean and beautifully decorated; privacy yet easy accessability to the facilities and a warmth that redefined customer friendly starting at check in with a great staff at your disposal- what is there not to love. A quick turn on 41 left or right leads you to Naples (plenty of diverse restaurants); the beach at Naples minutes away or Marco Island in about 30 minutes; shopping on 5th and Thursdays on 3rd in no time at all (listen to jazz and have a drink at Campiello's but eat at Sea Salt across the street - phenomenal Italian and fish); and play golf just about anywhere. This is one of the best properties we have visited. You must stay here if Naples is your destination.

  This was our first visit to Naples and we are already planning our return trip for next year. The location is fantastic, close to shopping and the beach. The condo is pristine! The kitchen has everything that you could possibly need for your family and even to entertain. The bedrooms are beautifully decorated and comfortable. The beds are really nice and comfy.The bathrooms are really clean and nice, especially the master. My kids loved that there were TV's in all the bedrooms because not everyone wanted to watch the NCAA's at night! We had a nice view of the pool and loved how close we were but it wasn't too loud. The food at the pool is really wonderful and the staff is fantastic. This owner is wonderful and so accommodating! We highly recommend this resort and this particular property. It is truly a home away from home.

  This was the third stay in this condo unit for my family (two adults + two children) for an annual spring break vacation. My daughter calls it our "Florida home". The unit is well attended and clean. It is a short drive from the condo to the beach and the best restaurants in town. The resort pool is just out back. We like the lazy river there. We like having access to a full kitchen and a washer/dryer. This condo provides us the privacy we prefer while also centrally located.

  When I first started looking for accommodations to attend a family wedding in Naples I was looking for a house. Then when I saw the pictures of the condo I couldn't resist! It was 3 spacious bedrooms (each with a TV) and everything I was looking for and more. June has it decorated beautifully! The lanai was screened so we were able to leave the sliding doors wide open and the view was picture perfect! My family really enjoyed the pool(s), hot tubs, and lazy river. We needed a crib and June recommended a wonderful place who delivered and picked it back up at a reasonable price. It was also great to have a washer and dryer in the unit to use. The location was wonderful. Publix and CVS were right down the street and the main shopping district in Naples was just minutes away. It was just a short drive from the Ft. Meyers airport. We had a few questions when we arrived and June was easy to get a hold of and most accommodating. We visited the Naples Zoo, just a short drive away and had a great time. We also took a short drive to Everglades City and took a Speedy Airboat Tour. We saw several alligators and lots of birds. We also took a drive around Marco Island and ate at an outdoor restaurant right on the water, called Snook Inn. We were impressed that there was live entertainment at lunchtime! If you are looking for a place to stay for your visit to Naples look no further and hope this place will be available!

  This is an absolutely beautiful, top-end condo - extremely well fitted out - actually even better than the photos, spotlessly clean, equipped with everything you need for a lovely, relaxing holiday. We were very pleased to have found this and would definitely recommend. Even the parking was shaded - an absolute bonus. We really couldn't fault this property. The pool area was lovely - with lots of shade, good quality sunbeds - and lots of different pools for kids or adults. The gym was excellent, and staff extremely friendly. There were lots of good restaurants within easy reach - and boats and kayaks to rent too. June, the owner, was very friendly and helpful - e-mails answered swiftly, and the deposit cheque returned very efficiently. Overall, a fabulous week, and we will definitely book here again.

  We spent really nice time in this woonderful condo . Everything was perfect , the condo is very nice furnished . As we love cooking we found all we need to cook and even more . We particulary appreciate the large and luxurious master bathroom . The umbrella , beach chairs and beach towels were appreciate because it s really necessary when you go to the beach with the hot sun !! The amenities of the resort are really extraordinary with 3 swimming pool , 2 spas and the lazy river ; we had a lot of fun there ! The sport area is great too and we went there almost every day . The owner was very kind and helpful thanks a lot ! We recommend this condo, it s really near the downtown of Naples, well located, all the organisation is really perfect and i hope we 'll come back one day again longer with my family . Thank's for all .

It is in excellent order, beautifully furnished and has every amenity a family could need while on vacation. that coupled with the excellent facilities at the resort makes it very difficult to beat.

  What a surprise when we opened that front door! We were expecting less due to the quality of the virtual tour on the site but it was even better. Very neat and comfortable place. The beds are the best, dark rooms to sleep in and nice and spacious bathrooms. The kitchen was perfect and we could cook as a team, spacious and very well equipped. The gym is awesome, the spa and pools, uau! Everything was perfect and June was always there for us and answered our text immediately.

  A wonderful condo unit, fully equipped and with a great view of the main pool. Probably the best view in the complex. The beds were extremely comfortable, the kitchen was equipped with all the necessary cooking requirements. We enjoyed eating on the lanai and watching everyone in the pool. It's a 15 minute walk to downtown Naples or you can take the free shuttle from the hotel. Everyone at the hotel went out of their way to help us out. It's a 10 minute walk to Tin City where you'll find boat tours. We took the Double Sunshine on a short cruise and saw dolphins, bald eagles, pelicans... Would definitely recommend this unit and location for anyone with a young family.

  One could not ask for a better place to stay. The attention to detail that the owner pays to all aspects of the condo cannot be overstated. There isn't one item that isn't cared for from the cleanliness of the condo to the numerous beach chairs and beach umbrellas provided. The kitchen has everything you need. We would recommend the unit to anyone planning a visit to Naples.

  My family of four enjoyed our second annual week vacation in this unit. It is a short drive to the beach and great restaurants. We love the easy access to the fun pool. The unit is clean and sufficiently equipped. The owner takes great care managing the unit and is incredibly helpful and responsive. We look forward to another stay next year.

  My husband and I just spent 2 weeks at this beautiful condo and would highly recommend it to anyone wanting to visit Naples. The location was perfect...close to Marco Island,downtown Naples and some fabulous restaurants......try the Asian restaurant ..L'Orient on the Hotel grounds.....excellent! The area was well maintained and was very quiet at night June was very helpful and patient ensuring all our questions were answered.The condo itself was very clean....had everything you would need on holiday...felt like we were home. Thanks June for a "first time through VRBO" visit.You made it so easy and we will be back to Naples again!

  We just spent two weeks at this lovely,clean,spacious condo and would highly recommend it to anyone contemplating a visit to Naples. The resort has everything you could ask for and is within walking distance to the downtown area . Also,we found it to be central to driving areas such as Marco Island and Fort Myers. June was always available and very easy to deal with. Would highly recommend the new Asian restaurant which had just opened while we were there..L'Orient.

  Our family vacation at The Cottages at Naples Bay resort was amazing. The condo was spacious, well equipped and very comfortable. The master bedroom was very large with a huge walk in shower and whirlpool tub. All of the facilities at the resort, from the pool to the lazy river to the gym were outstanding. The concierge at the hotel was very helpful on numerous occasions to help us plan our daily outings. There are a few really good malls within a short drive for shopping. The locals were very friendly as were all of the staff at any of the local retailers and attractions that we visited. The condos are very close to downtown and the gulf. We found many local restaurants that were perfect for "family dining" We ate at the Bonefish Grill which is right on the resort and were very happy with the food and the service. Overall we were very pleased with our stay at the Cottages at Naples Bay Resort, and with the city of Naples. I would absolutely recommend this condo to friends and family and plan to go back to the same condo ourselves in the near future.

  Recently stayed with my family (wife, 3 kids) for 1 week at Naples Bay Resort cottages. It was my 3rd year staying at the resort (each time in a different unit) and this was the best unit we stayed at, hands down. It is one of the closest units to the large pool (I counted 98 steps from my front door to the front gate of the pool area) with a 2nd floor view overlooking the pool area. The owner June was diligent in making sure everything was in place for my stay and can help renters get anything for the kids (crib, high chair, etc.). I would highly recommend this unit to anyone looking for a spacious, 3-bedroom condo.

  My family and I had a great time at the Naples Bay Resort. The condo was perfect for our family (6 people and a baby). The beds were great; the living area spacious and the kitchen very well equipped. The resort was perfect- great pools, hot tubs, tennis courts and a fantastic gym. The location was ideal. We could walk downtown or to the beach if we wanted. We had a terrific time and will certainly be back.

  June, just wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed staying at your condo. It was a great place for a relaxing family vacation after a wonderful cruise. The unit was very well appointed and it lacked nothing. We very much appreciated that the little things were there for us to use already (spices, oils, saran wrap etc). If you are planning to utilize the kitchen, these things were so nice to find. The unit was wonderfully appointed, very spacious and clean. We especially appreciated the close proximity and ease of getting to the pool. Wonderful with kids! I loved being able to sit on the lanai and be able to see my kids and just laze and watch the people go by. I highly recommend this condo. June is a pleasure to work with. Very pleasant and quickly responds to all your requests and questions. Thanks June, we can't wait to come back!

  Our family enjoyed a fabulous week of relaxation, shopping and sightseeing whilst at June's wonderful cottage at NBR. We felt perfectly at home yet wonderfully pampered in the luxurious unit which had loads of space, every facility and was so well-furnished. Its proximity to the pool and other amenities, yet peacefulness helped us to relax and enjoy all that Naples has to offer. We loved enjoying meals together, sitting out on the deck and were lucky enough to even all be up early enough to hear the sonic booms of the Last Shuttle mission!! We loved June's attention to detail, her efficiency and ability to answer all my many questions beforehand. We'd love to be able to stay here again sometime as its on the doorstep for amazing natural and wildlife experiences such as the Everglades and Corkscrew Swamp which we'd highly recommend - even in a tropical storm! On the site of NBR we also loved The Bonefish Grill. As you can see we were all very sorry to leave...and hope we can return again soon. We do not have anything negative to say about our stay - June, you have thought of evreything for your guests and help them all, I'm sure, to feel welcome, relaxed and satisfied with their stay here. Thanks!!

  We just stayed at June's condo for ten days and have an absolutely wonderful time. The amenities are wonderful and everyone on the property couldn't have been nicer and more accommodating. The unit itself is spotless and well-appointed. It's very roomy and spacious and extremely comfortable. I love the location - you just walk out the door and through the path to the pool. There were plenty of towels and chairs available at all times. We were there over the 4th of July, normally a very busy time, and didn't have a problem finding a spot at the pool. The grounds are lush and very tropical. Please take advantage of the shuttle. It will take you anywhere within 5 miles of the property. You don't have to worry about parking at all. Marco Island is a short drive away - plenty of shops and restaurants to go to. The beach is one of the prettiest in the world. The shells and sunsets are amazing. We will definitely be back!

  We rented June's unit for one week and let me tell you, every single persin in my family kept wishing we had rented it for much longer! The unit itself is just charming, what more could you ask for - wifi, full kitchen, deck over looking the properties lush green surroundings, spa only steps away, pool with waiter services and yummy cocktails and food if wanted, mega gym and they even have exercise classes you can join while your staying there HELLO WATER AEROBICS!! This unit and property offer the works - I am afraid we were spoiled so now our Florida annual vacay will never go the hotel route again after staying at a resort like this! You can walk to tin city and 5th ave but you can also shuttle it or cab it as well! Even the walk around the property is incredible, the canal is across the street from the cottages and the main hotel resort is up the street with breath taking views of the marinall! Also, I have rented through homeaway and vrbo before and I have never rented from someone as lovely as June. She is one of the nicest renters out there and it is clear she is invested in making sure your having the best time in her unit and the area its in can offer!! We will be back, without a doubt!

  We had a wonderful time in this unit and we can really advise this for a great vacation. The rooms are elegant, clean and very comforttable. It was quiet. We found everything for we needed. Towels, beachumbrella, beach chairs, a close distance to 5th Avenue, 2 Minutes by car to the beach and all the restaurants and shops.The poolarea was great . And what we really like to say is, that the owner was one of the nicest persons we were in contact at all time. She was helpful, super friendly and responsive in every case. We will remember the unit and our stay in Naples forever. If you ever want to stay 1.Class: Rent this one !!!!!!! In German: Toll, Klasse und First Class. Alles super sauber, großzügig, elegant, luxeriös. Die Lage ist genial. Nahe an der 5th Avenue, zum Meer 2 Minuten mit dem Auto. Restaurant und Shopping in der Nähe. Im Apartement waren genügend Handtücher vorhanden. Die Poolanlage war klasse. Es waren auch Strandstühle und ein Strandsonnenschirm vorhanden. Küche und Ausstattung genial. Vor allem die Vermieterin war immer super nett, freundlich, hilfsbereit und immer ansprechbar. Sie war eine der nettesten Personen mit der wir in Kontakt gekommen sind. Vielen Dank für alles und wer eine erstklassige Ferienwohnung mieten möchte: Dann mietet diese !!!!!!!!!!!

  Naples Bay Resort is amazing! Our unit was perfect for our large family! And the location within the resort could not have been better! We were so close to the pool that my husband could sit on the screened porch and still see us! The condo was so well stocked with all the things we would need. And there was such great space so we didn't feel like we were on top of each other! We would go back and stay in a heart beat!

  We hope to return again next year! Our family had a wonderful visit to the Naples Bay Resort last week. It was our fourth annual trip to Naples and our third stay at the Naples Bay Resort. This recent visit was our first in this unit but our second in a unit owned by the same owner. Our stay was well organized and very convenient. This unit was great fun to stay in with a lovely view out of the terrace and easy access to the pool. Our little two year old was eager to call it our "new home" and we were disappointed to have to leave it. The cottage is convenient to not only a nice heated pool, but beaches, the Naples Zoo, fabulous dining, a few fun playgrounds and the Lionel train display at the Naples Depot. Our vacation was great for both grown ups and children.

  We have had the most wonderful holiday in this beautiful unit. It is everything you see in this listing and more. The unit is clean, comfortable and spacious with all the amenities you could ask for. The owner is very attentive and always contactable. The unit looks over the amazing pool area. The pools are lovely and the jacuzzi is just fabulous! The staff at the resort were all very friendly. We have young children and it was perfect for us but this unit would happily accommodate any party. We ate at the Bonefish Grill Restaurant and it was really good. We also ate at the poolside and that was lovely too. We are regular visitors to Naples and we definitely plan to come back and stay here. We cannot speak highly enough of it.

  We stayed at this lovely condo with another couple and had a wonderful time. The condo was great and perfectly suited for two couples.Lots of privacy along with comfortable and large common spaces. It was great to look over at the pool and see what was happening a stones throw away from our lanai. The kitchen was so well stocked! Thanks all who left spices, condiments etc... The gym is state of the art and we used it a lot as well as the steam room and hot tubs. Walkable to town, and the shuttle picked me up right at the condo to take me 5 minutes away to the beach. June was very helpful and gave us some great dining and golf tips. We have stayed in Naples a few times, and we would love to come to this condo again. As a matter of fact we spent the last few days here plotting out how we could do this again soon. We highly recommend this place. Enjoy!

  We rented this condo for a month and wished our stay was much longer. Fabulous condo - extremely comfortable and elegant. Spacious and very upscale. Overlooking this little bridge and side view of pool which was perfect since we missed any noise from the pool but enjoyed the view. Great location. We could walk to 5th Avenue which was a beautiful walk over the Gordon River and past Tin City. Noone had to be the "desingatied driver" when we went to the fabulous restaurants on 5th - Check out the 1/2 priced appetizers and drinks until 6:30 at Yabba's and the amazing dinner for 2 with a bottle of wine for $29.95. at Mangroves. We could drive in 5 minutes to Old Naples on 3rd and to our favorite for brunch, The Dock, each Sunday. Naples has the most accessible beaches which is a big plus. End of each street on the Gulf side leads to the beach. Everything is so close to this condo. Also, back to the condo - the Naples Bay Resort has a wonderful gym which tells you exactly how to work out like perfect speed but...then there is the perfect temperature in the pools and the great heated jacuzzi. Besides the WiFi access in the condo, there is also a business center with computer and printer. The owner, June, was a gracious host. She went out of her way to make us feel at home. She brought over special glasses for me and let me mail a box to her home which she delivered to me. Couldn't have been better. I am looking forward to visiting again. Only thing better would be to own this unit and it is for sale, I understand.

  One of my oldest friends and I rented this property for a month, leaving our husbands behind at home but taking our computers, as we both had to work while enjoying Naples. While there we invited her sister, and my sister in law and niece to stay with us - we had a wonderful girls' time. The condo itself was perfectly and conveniently located on the second of two floors overlooking the pools and beautiful landscaping. There is an elevator but we used the stairs unless we had lots of luggage or groceries or beach paraphenalia, in which case we used the handy hotel style luggage cart and elevator. Neighbors were friendly and quiet. The condo is very spacious and comfortably and gracefully furnished and appointed. We felt we were in the lap of luxury! Ceiling fans even on the screened lanai were useful, so we didn't need to rely so heavily on a/c. Each of the many pools offered different wonderful features. If we timed our visits right we could avoid noisy children. The two hot tub spas were so relaxing, and the pool bar/cafe was very good, though as we were there just at summer's end the hours weren't long at first, but lengthened as our month progressed. The fitness center is superb - the equipment must be state of the art and it was never crowded. (remember we were there during a shoulder season.). The staff at the fitness center, pool bar, hotel lobby, parking attendants, the restaurant Olio, and the gardeners, all were impeccably trained professionals who took pride in their work, and lovely people as well. The two tiny business centers really came in handy when I needed them after my printer broke down after a thunderstorm and before I could get a new one. The walk to Old Naples was good exercise, fun & not very long, always felt safe, even later at night, (always two or more of us "girls".) Easy to get taxi or park our car too. The entire facility and condo were immaculate, so relaxing & friendly. We had no problems. The owner was very accommodating, honest, kind & thoughtful. We definitely recommend this unit. Restaurants we enjoyed included: Olio (at the Resort), Mangroves, Campiello's, Yabba's, Chops, Vergenia, The Dock for Sunday brunch. There is also a little shop called The Lemonade Stand whose owners perform excellent music outside Thursday nights. The Dennison Gallery offers beautiful jewelry and other fine crafts & art from all over the US. We loved the easy access to the many Naples beaches & the beauty of these beaches & their amenities.

The cottage was beautifully furnished and had everything needed during our two week stay. The resort is first class. The fitness center is state of the art, which we all enjoyed, as well as using the saunas in the women's and mens locker rooms on a daily basis. A real treat was the water aerobics class in the mornings. Kudos to the staff that run the fitness facility. They all were pleasant and very accomodating. I would highly recommend renting from you. They won't be dissapointed !!!!

This owner is very attentive and accomodating to all our families needs. The condo is beautiful and highly detailed. The restaurants are great, the Everglades was very exciting for our kids, the resort had wonderful activities during the day, and the pools were fabulous. Marco Island, just a half hour away is a must visit. I love this area so much I bought a residence. Can't get enough of this area and the resort.

  The accommodations were very exquisite. We loved every minute of our stay here. The property is very much what you would expect in a vacation rental. The gym facilities were fantastic. The pool was great. The view of the pool from the deck was beautiful. I would recommend this to my friends without any hesitation. June was great to deal with. Thanks again for the opportunity to rent your property. When planning our next Florida vacation, we wouldn't hesitate to come back!

  First of all, my family and I could not give a higher recommendation for this property. The Villa itself was magnificiently decorated and met all of our expectations. The newness of the furnishings was quite apparent. Additionally, the location to the amenities could not have been better. Also, we were pleased with the owner's recommendations for restaurants and entertainment. The property's central location can't be improved on. We would recommend this to any friends or family.
