Charming indeed!!!!! What a wonderful place to stay. The house was PERFECT, plenty of room for my teenage grandchildren to enjoy, the bedrooms are downstairs, which was great. We partied and ate every meal out on the deck. The stereo system was an added treat as were the various games we found at the house. I will be back again many times and would recommend this house to anyone wanting a relaxed, beautiful place to vacation. Michael, the owner, is wonderful and very accommodating. He let us check in a few hours early and stay as late as we wanted on check out day. My daughter rents a house in Capitola every year and after she came up for a day and night decided to rent Michael's house next year, which is much nicer and less expensive.
Recommended for:Age 55+, girls getaway, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children.

Our family stayed here over the July 4th holiday and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The home is very lovely, nicely decorated, and had all the amenities we needed (and more.) The living room was filled with light from the massive windows, and we enjoyed grilling on the expansive deck. The owner was very friendly and helpful, and all questions and transactions were handled in a timely and efficient manner. We look forward to returning here again soon!
Recommended for:Age 55+, adventure seekers, sightseeing, girls getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children.
