One of Okaloosa Islands largest units, 2000 sq ft, with the best unobstructed view (corner unit) of the finest sugar sand beach on the Emerald Coast. This corner unit has windows facing south (the Gulf), the East (More Gulf), and the North (the Sound). The unit is located on the sixth floor (top floor) and has unobstructed view in all three directions. You can view the sunrise and the sunset from the Gulf Front Balcony.
Free high speed internet and cable TV! Large 50 inch TV in living room and TVs in two of the bedrooms. Fully equipped kitchen, dining room and breakfast bar. The master suite is equipped with a king bed and a private bath with a walk-in closet, double vanity sink, shower, and Jacuzzi Tub. The second bedroom suite has a queen bed and a private bathroom. The third bedroom has twin beds and a private bathroom. Living room has a pull-out sofa bed and the unit will sleep eight in comfort. You can bring an inflatable mattress to sleep a total of 10.
Heated Pool, lounge chairs, barbeque grill, pool side shower. The unit has a dune walkover to the beach with a shower.
Activities Within 2 Miles: Okaloosa Island Board Walk on Beach. Many Stores, Shops, Restaurants, Fishing Pier, and the World Famous Gulfarium with Daily dolphin shows. This is the staging area for the WORLD CLASS race boats and Poker Run area during race weeks. A huge Miniature Golf course. The annual Billy Bowlegs Festival. July 4th City fireworks can be viewed in comfort from the living room. Mardi Gras parade travels past front of unit.
Activities Within 9 Miles: Huge Go Cart Racing Arena & kids amusement park, Emerald Coast Science center, Museums, Harbor Walk Marina, Big Kahuna Water Park, Air Force Armament Museum, Putt Putt Golf, Municipal Golf Course and Shalimar Country Club. My wife and I love living on the water. We purchased this condo in 2001 and lived in it until 2009. We have built a home 40 miles away (also on the water) and decided to rent rather than sell so that we could use it a few times a year.

We have recently returned from a week in this condo. It is beautiful! There were four adults and two children staying in here. One of our favorite aspects is the floor plan which allows privacy for everyone, plus three baths! Our grandchildren loved the bedroom with two twin beds. It is decorated perfectly. Our son and wife enjoyed their bedroom which was more like a small suite with a private bath. They also enjoyed the view from their room. The master is fabulous, we loved the bed, and the view from this room is spectacular! We enjoyed master bedrooms Jacuzzi, large shower and private water closet. The living room is spacious and also has views to both the Gulf and Sound. The kids enjoyed the big screen T.V. The kitchen has plenty of everything that is needed. Our family took turns cooking and cleaning which gave everyone an evening to relax on the large balcony. This condo is well kept by the owner and was clean. While vacationing in Fort Walton our favorite restaurant is Old Bay Steamer. We also enjoy walks on the beach, sitting under an umbrella and the children loved making castles in the beautiful white sand. Also we took the evening Dolphin Cruise aboard the Southern Star which is always a treat for both adults and children. We spent many morning and evening hours on the balcony and a few of us were fortunate enough to spend some afternoon time reading out there too! The furniture on the balcony is our favorite of all the condos we have rented. Also, The Palms where the condo is located is great. It is not crowded as the size of the building is perfect, not too large. We will always try to stay here when vacationing with our family at Okaloosa Island, Fort Walton Beach.

We had a wonderful time at the condo! Not having to keep up with a key was an added plus. The condo was exactly as stated. Wonderful! just steps to the beach and such a beautiful view. It is everything described. A very relaxing place with all your needs being met.

We took a family girl trip in august 2010-when we walked through the door, we were simply amazed!!!! It took us a good while just to look around and see the place-It is a fantastic place for a vacation. It has everything you need and more!!! The view is awesome-the rooms are very spacious-The master is wonderful!!! We loved it here because it wasnt crowded on the beach or the elevator. Our stay here was one we will remember-would love to come back !

Dan, I really feel that I need to comment on your Condo. The pictures on your site show how beautifully and nicely decorated the apartment is. But, it is nothing compared to when you open that front door and step into the foyer and see it face to face! It absolutely takes your breath away! The Master Suite is incredible. I loved the design layout of the condo. it was so spacious and each bedroom had total privacy. As I told you, our plan was to have our family in Ft. Walton and a sister from Houston and family, to have Thanksgiving dinner there, where the kids could enjoy the beach and adults alike. The living area was more than enough room for us to spread out. We had about 18 eating that day. Your kitchen was so abundantly supplied that we actually had a hard time deciding what set of dishes to use for Thanksgiving day. We could have used a different set every day. That was the best surprise, that the kitchen had so many dishes, bakeware, cooking utensils and everything you needed for a crowd meal. The foyer was so large, we set the food up in there and formed a service line. Thank you for letting us enjoy your place. We have had some tragedies in our family in the past 3 years, and this will be the greatest Thanksgiving "family memory" that all of us will have. I have told everyone about the condo at The Palms!. My husband wants to come back next year after I retire and stay a MONTH there! I told him that I was afraid to stay for 1 month, that we would be so spoiled and we would not want to leave!

We absolutely loved this condo! We knew it was going to be really nice before we got there but it was even more than we expected. The decorations were very nice and there were so many amenities that most condos dont even think about offering. The mattresses slept very good and the linens were very nice. We really enjoyed the view from the kitchen and from the large balcony. We will definitely be planning on staying here next time we come to the beach! :)

Wow! The condo is VERY nicely decorated and EXTREMELY clean. There is not one bad thing we can think of. We will never go to another condo when we visit Fort Walton. Dan, you will have my business and all of my friends from now on.

Awesome condo beautifully decorated. We had 5 adults and 2 children on our vacation and had plenty of room. The location is fantastic with easy access. The view from the balcony was breath taking. We would definitely recomend this condo.
