Fabulous, beachfront condominium at The Alexandra Resort & Spa on Provo's Grace Bay Beach, rated #1 in the world by Conde Nast Traveler Magazine. Providenciales is located within the British West Indies. The island is peaceful and perfect for relaxing. The condominium complex was opened in January, 2001 and underwent a complete renovation including new furniture, appliances, cabinets and bath fixtures in 2010.
This two-bedroom, two and one-half bath condominium end unit contains 1584 square feet and features oceanfront terraces off the living room, master bedroom, and guest bedroom. Enjoy beautiful sunsets or just relax on the terrace and take in the stunning turquoise water.
Primary rental dates are Week 51, Saturday, December 18, 2010 to Saturday, December 25, 2010. Numerous other weeks are also available. Please note that I do NOT update the availability calendar. Additional weeks for rent on St. Thomas.
The condominium is uniquely designed to furnish maximum privacy for the occupants and has windows and doorways on each side of the unit to provide for wonderful, tropical breezes. The interiors are beautifully furnished and have all the amenities to guarantee your perfect Caribbean vacation. The complex has a newly completed pool with swim-up bar and grill. Beach lounges, towels, and umbrellas are provided. Laundry facilities are in the two bedroom unit.
Grace Bay is great for long walks on the white, sandy beaches. Fine dining, casual restaurants, shopping, and the Island Casino are located within easy walking distance. Let the moon light your way back to the condominium after an enjoyable evening. If you prefer to prepare your own meals, you will find everything you need at the local IGA.
A wondrous underwater world greets divers and snorkelers alike with vibrant colors and numerous tropical fish. An unspoiled, barrier reef protects the island and presents remarkable diving opportunities. The boater in you will enjoy Provo's proximity to the Turks and Caicos other islands allowing for easy day trips to uninhabited cays. The resort has its own on premises tour director. Also, if you prefer golfing, visit the championship Provo Golf Course. Car rentals are available by the day or week.
Direct flights are available from Miami, New York, Boston, Philadelphia, Toronto, Montego Bay, and London, England. Direct charter flights are also available.
This type unit rents for $888 per night from the resort together with a 11% government tax and a 10% gratuity added ($1306) for a total of $7526. By renting directly from the owner the total rental fee is $3800.
