This spectacular Beach House has unbelievable, panoramic views of the turquoise Atlantic waters from large floor to ceiling windows across the front of house. Deep water boat dockage at the back yard, minutes to Sombrero Light, which is a "Florida Keys Natural Living Coral Reef" for snorkeling or diving, at it's best. If you prefer fishing, you may sport fish or reef fish outside Sombrero Light. Looking for a lazy day, take a boat ride down Sister's Creek, great Eco-trip (see many tropical birds, fish, manatee and dolphin)this leads to Famous "Boot Key Harbor", stop and grab conch fritters or your favorite cocktail at several waterway restaurants, waterway Marina fueling available also.
Offering 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths, bedding consists of 1 King, 1 Queen and 2 twins. Accommodates 6. Open, light and airy, with large open floor plan, high ceilings and more. An oversized shower in the Master bath, separate his/hers sinks, a bathtub/shower in one bath, for your convenience. Covered parking, private, tropical pool area, gas grill and a large open kitchen with an oversized Island for entertaining or family gatherings.

Famous "Turtle Hospital" and "The Dolphin Research Center" are both must see attractions which are local. Bike or walk "The Old Seven Mile Bridge" and enjoy sea life at it's best, plus unbelievable Sunsets from this Historic Bridge.
(1) hour to Key West, which makes for a nice road trip to experience all of the Keys down to Mile Marker 0. Bahia Honda State Park is a 30 minute drive, which boasts more beautiful white sandy beaches, turquoise waters and historic Bahia Honda Bridge.

My family and I live across the pond, in Essex England and love our visits to "The Beautiful Florida Keys" for a little R&R at my Vacation Property. My work schedule is hectic in England and France, so I live to get on my boat, out on the waters of the Keys to fish. My wife, and teen children live in our swimming pool and on the convenient beach, just steps away from my home, while on Holiday.

I have stayed at this Exceptional property many times, and really enjoy the property and it's location, steps to the beach, very convenient for our boat to dock in the back yard, seconds out to the ocean and minutes to the reef to dive and snorkel. We always love cruising Sister's Creek, our last trip, we saw (2) adult dolphins and a baby dolphin, which swam along side our boat, absolutely adorable, grabbed a "Green Chili Cheeseburger" at Burdines on the water, by boat. My family and I enjoyed our relaxing time together, just sitting around the pool until the wee hours of the morning, just catching up. The awesome open water views of the turquoise waters is mesmerizing, I found myself curled up in the comfortable lounger, with my feet up, reading a good book overlooking the water for hours. We loved spending the last (2) July 4th's at this property with all our friends, as the fireworks at Sombrero Beach are spectacular and directly right over the house...I've never been so close to fireworks....it's quite Amazing! I would highly recommend this property to anyone who is looking to just get away from everything, as it has lots of privacy or for families looking to make great memories.
