Very beautiful lakefront home on Northwest end of Torch Lake. House is located in a secluded quiet cul-de-sac. This house is a perfect location for families of all ages. 100 ft of lakefront with sand beach. Water stays shallow past the end of the dock making it inviting for small children. House is 2200 sq ft on each level with three bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms on main level. Queen size beds in all three bedrooms. Basement has 1 bedroom with 2 twin beds and 1 full bathroom. Full basement with walk-out to lake. Two tiered deck facing water. Deck fully furnished with patio, lounging furniture and gas grill. Firepit on waters edge. Boat launch is 2 miles north. Dock is not able to support tied up boat so an anchored buoy is available. Lake Michigan is accessible 2 miles Northwest of house.
This vacation house has linens and bath/beach towels available. Kitchen is fully equipped. Washer, dryer, dishwasher on main level. Soap for the appliances is provided.
