There are plasma TV's in the kitchen, living room and master. The house is open and airy. With ocean views from the living room, deck and master, it is perfect for entertaining or just relaxing.
You can enjoy a glass of wine while watching the sunset from the front deck or barbeque a romantic dinner under the stars from the rear deck. There is no better way to start your day than a sunrise run on the beach and a morning swim in the Pacific Ocean. Why the Owner Chose Manhattan Beach
Manhattan Beach is a very unique city. The beach is wide with beautiful white sand and the waves are good. There are so many activities that one can enjoy here, from surfing, swimming, paddling, boogie boarding, bike riding and volleyball. The town of Manhattan Beach which is walking distance from our house is very quaint with its many shops, boutiques, restaurants and bars. Manhattan offers a wonderful life and lifestyle.
The Unique Benefits at this House
Our home was recently remodeled and has a bright and open floor plan. Whether you are watching the sunset over the ocean from the front deck, enjoying a good movie on the plasma in the living room, or gathering around the beautiful granite island in the kitchen the house will be incredibly comfortable. Park your car and never use it. You will walk 3 blocks to the beach and 7 blocks to the town center.
With its historic round house, the Manhattan Beach Pier is a must see when in MB. Enjoy a tasty burger while watching the surfers or drop a line in the water. The Marine Museum is interesting.
Wonderful shops, boutiques and restaurants make the town of Manhattan Beach a terrific experience.
A fun and lively plaza with terrific shops and restaurants is located 1 mile south. Take a stroll down the strand or bike on the bike path.
Our favorite place to spend our summers. From early morning sunrise to sunset picnics, Manhattan's beautiful beaches have it all.

I have lived in Manhattan Beach all of my life. My wife and I and our two children, ages 8 and 6, love it here in Manhattan Beach. Almost every weekend we are either on the beach or bike riding on the strand. We are an active family that enjoys the many activities that Manhattan has to offer.
