Year Purchased: 1997
I am a local Broker/Owner of Grayton Coast Properties, a small boutique real estate company located in Grayton Beach. My husband and I love to watch Grayton sunsets. We also enjoy the many great restaurants along 30A. When we aren't working you'll find us with friends cooking out at the beach or boating on the bay aboard the "Grayton Girl."
Why the Owner Chose Grayton Beach
I grew up running around Grayton Beach as a youngster. My grandmother had a cottage called the "Cole Bin" and it's still in the family. Grayton has a great beach, beautiful gulf water and a coastal dune lake that sometimes flows into the gulf.
The Unique Benefits of this House
Walk to the Red Bar Restaurant-a fun and funky place with live music and great crabcakes. Borago Restaurant is also nearby and boasts wonderful Italian cuisine and to die for maritinis. Bike paths are nearby and connect you to Watercolor and Seaside just a couple of miles away. Rent kajaks or YOLO boards and enjoy paddling along Western Lake.
