We chose to purchase our home in Creekside because of its proximity to the beach, the presence of a community pool, and easy access to shopping and restaurants.
The Unique Benefits of this Townhome
The best part of our beach house are the endless opportunities for various types of recreation in such close proximity. We can enjoy Bethany Beach and its quaint boardwalk shops or any of the neighboring beaches such as Fenwick, Ocean City, or Rehoboth. We can use the boat dock for easy access to water recreation such as boating, canoeing, or kayaking, or enjoy the pier for fishing or crabbing. A quick dip in the pool is always a refreshing reprieve.
