Our guests will enjoy a modern, newly furnished resort-style condo. This quaint condominium complex is a private, safe, gated community, encompassing all living areas, recreational facilities and parking. Ours is a top-floor condo with a second floor (roof-top/lanai)area where you can enjoy an amazing sunset!
The condo comfortably accommodates 4 guests, with two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and if you are inclined to work, listen to music or read, there's a fully-equipped office/study to accommodate your needs. All linens and towels are included.
The living room is equipped with comfortable furnishings, a 52" widescreen plasma TV, DVD player, iPod player, cable TV service and broadband WiFi internet. The living room and master bedroom open up to a breezy, tropical-style balcony with great views.
Fully-equipped kitchen includes refrigerator, electric stove/oven, microwave oven, water filter, coffee maker and basic, small appliances. All dishware, cookware, cutlery and kitchen utensils are included. You have your choice of dining accommodations, either indoors, or while enjoying the view from our dining table, located within the balcony.
There's a fully equipped laundry room, within the unit, which includes a washer and dryer.
Our property is just 10 minutes away from the world famous Cabo Rojo Lighthouse situated above the white sandy beaches and the clear blue Caribbean Sea. Swimming, snorkeling, fishing, and kayaking are just a few of the fun water activities you can enjoy nearby.
Your vacation getaway is conveniently located a few minutes away from a grocery store, bakery, pharmacy, gas station, restaurants where you can experience the local cuisine and a small fishing village where you can find the daily catch of fresh seafood!

Why the Owner Chose Cabo Rojo
This wasn't even a choice....this was second nature! I was born and raised nearby, and early in my life I learned to appreciate all the beautiful things this area has to offer. Since I was a kid, this has been one of my favorite spots. Totally "off the beaten path", the beaches and natural attractions in Cabo Rojo are quite amazing. Why get a vacation place anywhere else?
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
I am in love with my vacation property because it is a great place to relax.....private, quiet and very close to the most beautiful beaches in Puerto Rico. Also, the constant ocean breeze that you can enjoy from the balcony is quite amazing. This is my favorite spot ever!
You need to visit this place! Beautiful, secluded beach right next to the lighthouse and an amazing place to go hiking!
Visit this little fishing village around mid-morning and you'll be able to buy that morning's fresh catch....right off the boat!
As you drive to the Lighthouse, you can get off the road and walk to the Combate Salt Flats. A surreal combination of wildlife and local flora, right by the ocean.

Nothing rings as true as "there's no place like home". I was lucky to be born in one of the most beautiful areas of an intriguing Caribbean island, on the west of Puerto Rico, and at that point there was no turning back. And although my career has brought me to the United States now, this is truly my perfect vacation spot to go back to Puerto Rico. This is truly "home"!
