Our condominium is located on a park lined street near Parque Juarez and is in a gated and walled complex located two blocks to the Jardin and a 1/2 a block from Ancha San Antonio where there is a grocery store, pharmacy and cafes. The Instituto de Allende, an art and language school, is a block away.
Our home has three levels plus a rooftop. The first floor living room and dining room are decorated with Canterra Stone and the living room has a large gas fireplace and a private patio with a fountain. A powder room is located on this floor. The kitchen is fully equipped.
The second floor consists of the two bedrooms and two baths with the master having a king size bed and the guest room a queen size bed. The master has a small balcony overlooking the common area and the front gate.
The third floor is a work/play room. This room has desks and a place for an art studio as well as a television with a large sofa and a love seat. The television is hooked up to cable. This floor has a patio with a high table and chairs with mountain views. The stairway to the rooftop is located off this patio.
The rooftop is a garden and this is where you will find the washer and dryer as well.

My husband, Jack, and I enjoy the cultural and historical San Miguel de Allende. As many people do we went for a visit and ended up buying. We have enjoyed many art and language classes as well as dancing and tennis in San Miguel. My husband was in international business during his career and is now retired. I owned and operated a camera store for many years and was a realtor for several years as well. Our hobbies are tennis, dancing and traveling as well as art, photography and writing.
