Roughly 70 yards on the same pavement from the Hotel Sale (which houses the national Picasso Museum) and 300 yards from the Rue des Francs Bourgeois (one of the most exciting shopping streets in the city) it is difficult to find a more ideal location from which to visit Paris. On what is known as the "étage noble" (2nd Floor) the apartment benefits from a ceiling height of up to 4.30 meters in certain rooms.
