Come and experience what the beach is all about! Stunning water views as soon as you enter the unit! You can see the ocean from the hall, kitchen, living room, dining room and master bedroom. Play at the beach or at the community pool. The master bedroom has an oceanfront window and new sliding door to the balcony. Relax in bed and see the ocean! The living room also has a new sliding door to the balcony. The condo has been decorated in beach casual. During the off-season much remodeling has been completed. The unit has been freshly painted with additional wainscoting, new doors and baseboards. A 40" flat screen TV is in the living room, and each bedroom also has its own TV. Brand new kitchen cabinets and countertops have also been added.
The Oceana II is located on 83rd street in convenient mid-town Ocean City. Low to mid rise buildings in this area and not much bay side building make this one of the less crowded beach areas even in the middle of the summer. Great location for walking to many restaurants both fine dining and casual and other shopping and conveniences. We have one assigned parking space and additional off street parking.
The condo boasts an open kitchen, dining and living room area. The two bedrooms are generously sized--the Master has a king size bed and the second bedroom has an extra long double bed and a daybed with a trundle. The queen-sized sofa bed in the living room provides extra sleeping space. The kitchen has all the amenities and a washer/dryer is provided in the unit. Cable is provided along with wireless internet.
A community pool is available for you to enjoy. A private balcony is great for sitting and watching the dolphins swim and play. Beach chairs, beach toys and boogie boards are provided for outdoor fun and board games, books and DVDs are provided for indoor fun. COME AND HAVE SOME FUN!!
No smoking, no pets and we don't rent to groups such as high school or college graduates. For your convenience, we utilize Central Reservations in Ocean City as our property manager. They will check you in, provide keys and be available should you need anything during your stay.

We grew up in the Maryland suburbs and visited the beach growing up for our weekly summer vacation. We also brought our son to OC while he was growing up and have always wanted our own place at the beach. We were finally able to do so and have spent the past year making it a place we enjoy and hope you will enjoy!
Why the Owner Chose Oceana
We spent many months researching and visiting places for sale. We knew we wanted to be close to the ocean at a less crowded mid town location. When we found the unit in the Oceana, it had everything we wanted including a mid-rise building, larger 2BR, 2BA unit with an outdoor pool, elevator and assigned parking.

This condo is just as showed. We had a great time, saw the dolphins, enjoyed the beach, and we would rent this place again. I would recommend this to anyone.

We had a wonderful vacation stay at this condo! The location is excellent; you are close to everything and the beach is less crowded than other areas in Ocean City. The views are great and the condo has everything you would need for a weeks stay. We look forward to next year!

We had a great time. The view was fantastic and the unit well-maintained. We learned the dryer was broken before we checked in but the owner handled the situation quickly so that we were able to use it during our stay. The unit was clean, comfortable and very homey. For a quick bite we went to Fat Daddy's across the highway. Great for lunch! The only thing I would recommend is adding to the description that you have an iron, ironing board and radio. I don't remember seeing those amenities listed. We miss the ocean view!

What a wonderful place you have. Thank you so much for sharing it with my husband and myself Aug. 28-Sept. 4, 2010. The views were spectacular and the dolphins showed up three mornings while we were watching. The sunrises were simply beautiful over the ocean. The condo was very convenient to all activities and well-maintained.

Thanks for providing such a comfy place to stay right on the beach. The view was amazing, beautiful sunrise! We didn't see any dolphins, next time we'll come earlier to watch the dolphins play!

Today I awoke early to the sight of dolphins playing in the ocean. It was a beautiful sight and we took many pictures! This has been the most relaxing and enjoyable vacations we have been on. The sight of dolphins very morning made my day. Your condo was very cozy and met all our needs. Look forward to coming back next year.

Our family had a terrific vacation in this condo! It was just what we were looking for in a beach rental- oceanfront with beautiful views, neat and clean, a kitchen with everything we needed to prepare meals. The decor was very soothing with it's ocean theme and it just set the tone for relaxation. Everyone enjoyed the community pool and nearby attractions such as mini-golf. Plus there were great restaurants close by. We would definitely stay here again!
