Just 5 houses from the private community of Oyster Harbors, this vacation home is located within walking distance of Oyster Harbors, Oyster Harbors Marine, Crosby's Boat Yard, Osterville Village and to our neighborhood's private beach. This immaculate Osterville home has an open floor plan, a living room a with cathedral ceiling and skylights, a den with a flat screen television and a three-season porch to wind down your day.
The living room/den has a stone fireplace and makes it perfect for a fall or winter get-away. The home is newly decorated and offers wireless Internet access. The dining table is a beautiful handcrafted farm-style table that can seat 8 comfortably. The master bedroom and the bedroom with two twin beds each have their own attached full bathrooms.
The master bedroom also has a dressing room that is perfect for a pack & play. There is a second queen size bed, bedroom furnishings and 1/2 bath in a large bedroom located in a room of the unfinished basement, . The fenced-in back yard is private and perfect for entertaining with patio furniture, a hamock and new Weber gas grill.
Walk less than 50 yards to the sandy path that brings you to a quaint private beach overlooking North Bay. Two car garage. We have recently refurnished and painted this house to make it a perfect get-away vacation.
Our past renters loved the house. Osterville's exclusive Dowses Beach, located on Nantucket Sound, is less than two miles away. Osterville Village center is 1 mile, a nice walk over a drawbridge and past a golf course! We have bikes, beach chairs, towels and coolers for your use! We can email more photos too!

The house is located on an island in an exclusive neighborhood, walking distance to the bay, Osterville Village and area golf courses. Its also less than 10 Minutes from Hyannis. Where you can hop on a whale watching or fishing boat, take the dinner train through the bogs of the cape, or visit area beaches!
The Unique Benefits of this House
It's the perfect getaway for either a fall or summer vacation! We love the house in the just as much in the fall as we do in the summer! The house was constructed using antique wooden boards and beams from 100 year old barns of New England.
