My townhome has 4 levels (2,000 square feet) with an elevator (great for groceries, luggage and tired legs), a 2 car enclosed garage and is located in Casa Del Mar (quiet 16 townhome complex with private pool 100 feet from townhouse) on Front Beach Road, 700 feet from the Gulf of Mexico and about 1 mile from Carillon Beach... Nice Gulf of Mexico view from the 3rd floor family room and a spectacular east to west view from the 4th floor loft (great for sunsets)...Twin beds and bathroom in 1st floor bedroom, king size beds in 2nd floor master and guest bedrooms (each has private bathrooms), pullout queen bed in 3rd floor family room and pull out full bed in 4th floor loft...50" flat screen HD TV in family room, 32" flat screen hd tv in master bedroom and 1st floor bedroom and 36" flat screen hd tv in loft with WiFi throughout...beach chairs, bikes included....like new, just started renting in 2009.

We stayed here for our annual family beach trip. The accomodations were a great fit for our family as well as a super value! Mr. Aalto was very accomodating before, during and after our vacation. The area that the home is located is a very quiet and doesn't have that much traffic. The pool is very near to the home and was very quiet while we were there. The walk to the beach is not a difficult one. We would drive all of our beach gear over in the mornings and then pick it up in the evenings. We were traveling with small children but if you weren't you could carry your beach gear with no problems for the walk. The home was very well equipped with all of the necessary items needed at the beach including chairs, canopy tent, sand toys, beach sports equipment for adults and even beach towels. I would recommend this home to anyone who is expecting a relaxing vacation.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, age 55+, girls getaway, families with young children.

We rented this property in July 2010. This was by far the most comfortable, at home feeling vacation rental we have ever rented. The property is very clean and all the amenities of home are provided. Beautiful neighborhood, quiet. great for children and larger families. The owner, Mr. Alto, kept in contact with us during the rental process and also sent us a welcome and have a great vacation e-mail the day before we arrived. I highly recommend this property for furure Panama City Beach visitors!
Recommended for:People with disabilities, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.
