My townhome has 4 levels (2,000 square feet) with an elevator (great for groceries, luggage and tired legs), a 2 car enclosed garage and is located in Casa Del Mar (quiet 16 townhome complex with private pool 100 feet from townhouse) on Front Beach Road, 700 feet from the Gulf of Mexico and about 1 mile from Carillon Beach... Nice Gulf of Mexico view from the 3rd floor family room and a spectacular east to west view from the 4th floor loft (great for sunsets)...Pullout full bed in 1st floor family room/bedroom, king size beds in 2nd floor master and guest bedrooms, pullout queen bed in 3rd floor family room and pull out full bed in 4th floor loft...50" flat screen HD TV in family room and 36" flat screen HD TV in loft with WiFi throughout...beach chairs, bikes included...has never been rented in the past.
