56893 Dancing Rock is a beautiful custom home in Caldera Springs, Sunriver's newest development. This high tech-hideaway vacation rental offers 3 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, CD, iPod, and tuner audio system, a theater room, wireless internet throughout the home, and even an office for your convenience. Office includes computer, printer, fax.
Main level boasts a great room with a gas fireplace, a queen size sleeper sofa, and a 42" flat screen TV with DVD/VCR. The bar has a built-in wine fridge is sure to keep your guests refreshed. A beautiful elevated countertop separates the great room from the huge kitchen where you will find all stainless appliances including dual ovens and a trash compactor. You will have plenty of room to cook for a crowd on the commercial 5-burner gas stove.
The master bedroom, also on the main level, features a king size bed and a mounted 36" flat screen TV. Indulge in the master bath where you will enjoy the huge soaking tub conveniently facing another mounted flat screen TV, heated tile floors, separate shower with dual heads and a walk-in closet.
Head upstairs to find 2 more suites, each with a queen size bed, flat screen TV with built in DVD player, and full bath. Both bedrooms offer a surround sound stereo set up with iPod hook up.
Pick a movie from the DVD collection, relax in the comfy sectional, and enjoy the 7.1 digital surround sound featured in the theater room. For maximum comfort, the couch offers 2 recliners and even a pullout bed. Watch your favorite movies or play one of the available video games on the huge flat screen TV with DVD, Blue Ray, PS3 with Rock Band.

Their guest care encompasses Front Desk (check-in and registration), Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Concierge Services. As a central point of contact, the Front Desk team is available 24/7 to address your requests and inquiries. Extra, even daily, Housekeeping services can be arranged (at an additional cost). In the unlikely event a maintenance issue arises, an on-call Maintenance team will be dispatched. You will have a personal concierge service at no additional charge. Your Cabin Master will offer all the advice you need during your stay, from the best restaurants to the most unique day trips and activities Sunriver has to offer. Pre-trip planning and personal arrangements, such as grocery shopping, private chefs, and in home masseuses are just a few of the benefits you may take advantage of. Upon arrival, your Cabin Master will be ready to greet you with a tour of the property and review all the week’s activates and reservations.
