We want to welcome you to our “House of Aloha” and to become part of our Ohana (family). We have put together this house for you to enjoy while you're spending time on Kauai. We want you to feel at home and feel free to enjoy and use anything at our “House of Aloha”. We have snorkel gear, beach towels, ice chest and games for you to use and enjoy just as if you are part of our ohana. If there is something that you can think of that would make your next trip to our “House of Aloha” even better, let us know and we will see if we can't accommodate you and your ohana.
The house will sleep 10 people comfortably, our beautiful 4 bedroom condo is 1872 square feet.
We have air conditioning at no additional charge. We also have ceiling fans throughout the condo. We have high speed Internet and phones for your use to call the mainland or other island at no additional charge, so save you cell phone minutes.
FRONT ROOM
The Front room has a love seat and a sofa that folds out to a Queen Size bed. There is a coffee table that will expand and double in size to accommodate those that would like to enjoy intimate style of dining. There is a 42” LCD Flat Panel Television with digital cable and movie channels, and a DVD player. Off the front room is a large covered lanai with great views of the Makai golf course and waterfalls on the mountains in the distance. The entire down stairs has coconut wood flooring.
DINING ROOM
The Dining room has a beautiful wood table that will seat 8 people and a buffet filled with games.
GOURMET KITCHEN
The kitchen is fully equipped with a built in refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, drawer dishwasher, 3 sinks, beverage center with wine racks and a large array of appliances, pots and pans, dishes. The kitchen provides plenty of room with a large island with 2 bar stools. Full granite counter tops and back splash.
MASTER BEDROOM SUITE
The master bedroom suite has a Cal-King bed. There is a 37” LCD Flat Panel Television with digital cable, a large walk in closet. The suite also features a chaise with reading lamp in the retreat area. You have your own lanai with table and chairs for enjoying the view of the golf course and mountains in the distance. The master bathroom has a large over size tub and a separate shower, and 2 sinks.
BEDROOM 2
This bedroom has a Queen bed, a 32” LCD Flat Panel Television with cable, and a walk in closet.
BEDROOM 3
This bedroom has a Queen bed, a 32” LCD Flat Panel Television with DVD player. There is also a lanai with table and chairs.
BEDROOM 4
This room is great for kids. There is a Twin Size Day bed with a Twin Size Trundle that will make into a Queen bed. There is also a 20” LCD Flat Panel Television with DVD player. There is a door on this room to give you plenty of privacy.
LAUNDRY ROOM
There is a laundry room on the 2nd floor for you convenience with extra large capacity washer and extra large capacity dryer.
GARAGE
In the 2 car garage is a rack with boogie boards, snorkel gear, beach toys, water shoes, ice chest and towels for your use while staying with us at "House of Aloha". We also have a pack-an-play for your use if needed. Direct access into the condo from the garage, garage door opener for your use.
POOL AND SPA
In the complex is a beautiful waterfall pool and spa. There are BBQ's and rest rooms and a hale for your enjoyment. There is a shower so that you can rinse off before and after your dip in the pool.
Just bring your clothes, food and ohana and enjoy our little piece of Paradise here at "House of Aloha". Fresh linens on all beds.
We are right in the middle of Princeville on the North Shore of Kauai. 5 Minutes to the West is the town of Hanalei with great beaches to boogie board. 5 minutes to the East is Anini Beach which is great for snorkeling as it has a reef about 1/2 mile out and this keeps the waves down and is great for young children as no waves or rip tide. Queens Bath is a nice place to play in the water, it is only 1/2 block away. If you like to surf there is a great beach East of us about 15 minutes. The lighthouse at Kilauea Point is very nice also. The end of the road West of us, about 30 minutes away has some great hiking and sightseeing, plus all of south shore things are only about an hour away.
Kauai Hawaii 4 bed w/Mountain Golf View!

On a recent trip to Princeville resort on Kauai, HI my extended bear family and I stayed at the “House of Aloha.” The Owners communicated with us very clearly leading up to our trip and made sure we had contact info for the local liaison in case of any questions.
The condo was spacious with wide hallways, large rooms, kitchen area and living areas. Ten of us were accommodated very comfortably! The kitchen, with dark coconut hardwood floors was equipped with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and drink cooler. It also provided a contemporary island ambience to match the light fixtures and window coverings.
The bedrooms and baths were high quality, very clean and convenient with a sense of resort living. The laundry room was on the same floor as the bedrooms which made laundry easy and allowed us to pack less! They had at least one of everything you would want and need from linens to pantry to cleaning supplies.
We really appreciated the boogie boards and snorkel gear provided so we didn’t have to spend extra money on rentals at the beach. The House of Aloha has all the vacation gear you need.
Of course the location is what makes this resort condo extra special. Situated next to the exclusive Makai golf course, it has its own community pool and spa within the Princeville resort. Bedrooms and balconies look out across the golf course to the mountains of Hanalei Bay with waterfalls easily visible.
Just a few minutes away is the local town of Hanalei with many great restaurants, shops and shave ice (a bear’s personal favorite!). From Hanalei you can access the beaches of Hanalei Bay which boasts the sandiest beaches and best sunsets in Kauai. Jump off the pier when the tide is high or try the standing paddleboard lessons like the ancient Hawaiians. There is so much to do so give yourself lots of time to enjoy!

We are a happily married couple that enjoy Hawaii and the Hawaiian Spirit. We have traveled many times to Hawaii and fell in love with the islands and the Hawaiian people. We are from Southern California and spend our vacations on Kauai with our family. We have 4 grown kids and 5 grand kids that like to come over for vacations also.

We stayed at the House of Aloha from June 4-16 2011. We were a group of 7 adults and the condo was very spacious and comfortable. The condo has everything you need to have a great vacation on the island. The owners were great to work with in setting up the stay. I would highly recommend the property anyone! WOW!!! what a awesome condo, everything they said about it was true. I brought my wife and kids and grandkids, and had a great time in Kauai, and it wouldn't be so great if it was not for the House of Aloha. Fully equipped, owners told me to pack lite and did and had everything there, including washer and dryer. If its still available for rent, I would rent it over and over again. Again!! We have been to Hawaii many times and to Kauai a couple of times. This is the first time we stayed here. We spent Christmas and New Years here. We all had the best time while we stayed there. We went with another family and the 8 of us had a blast. The condo was super large and very clean. We had fun using the pool and spa. My kids loved using the boogie boards and snorkle gear that was there for us. We will be back to Kauai and we will stay here again. The owners took care of us and gave us a lot of ideas of things to do and where to shop. Thank you, Lewis

We have been to Hawaii several times and this is by far the nicest place we have stayed. They had everything in the house to make our stay perfect. The kitchen was full of all the things we needed. We were so happy to have such a large place for our whole family. We can't wait to go back to Kauai and stay here again.

I stayed here last year and had a great time. The house was so nice and had everything that we wanted. They have gone that extra mile to make sure that we had a great time. They told us the best places to shop and thing to see. We relaxed by sitting on the lanai and watching the golfers and waterfalls. The house was fully set up so that we didn't have to go out and rent boogie boards and snorkle equipment. Can't wait to go back and stay here again.
