Be the First to spend a week in this freshly renovated top floor condo unit. This is our first beach home and all the carpet, paint, curtins, are brand new!
Spacious and renovated, this top 4th floor two bedroom beach front condo features roomy bedrooms and open living area with over-sized furnature, a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, cable TV/HBO, free wireless internet. Large balconies frame spectacular views of the Gulf of Mexico and overlook two inviting pools - one an extended season pool! Elevators serve each level. Each room has its own TV.
The master has a king bed, flat screen tv, and balcony access sliding glass door. The second bedrrom has 2 twin beds, a tv, and a window with nice views of the inter-coastal.
Rental Weeks begin and end on a Saturday. Partial weeks begin or end on a Saturday. long weekends are available September through May.
This is a non-smoking unit and the building does not permit pets.
Wireless Internet is free. The Cable offers 56 Channels including HBO. VCR and DVD on main flat screen.

The Unique Benefits at this Condo
I enjoy visiting a pool that is not crowded and a beach that is clean and a long with out a steep drop off into deep water. I enjoy the view so much that it is hard to get off the sofa. I am lazy at the beach take full advantage of the elevator to the 4th floor ;-) What makes this building great is the fact that is about 50% owner occupied as second homes and there are 2 pools... It very quiet and lots of freedom. No crowds.

I've traveled the world as a hotel and restaurant manager and always return to the serenity of Dauphin Island. I grew up in the 1970's spending all summer on the island and enjoy fishing and crabbing and generally doing nothing. These days I currently live in Atlanta but spend about half the year in the condo.

We just returned from a week at your condo and cannot think of one thing that was missing. The condo was exceptionally clean and well stocked with pots, pans, towels, etc. The complex is also very well maintained. The 2 pools are not crowded and have lots of chairs. We have stayed in 4 different places in Gulf Shores/Dauphin Island and this one we would definately return to.

I have stayed here often over the past several years. This complex is centrally located and easly accessable to all events on the island. I love that it is directly on the beach with two pools. The condo is beautifully decorated, well designed to easily handle a group of people and has all the comforts and amenities of home. The estuarium and fishing (beach and charter) are my son's favorite things to do here and I enjoy the golf. The food is limited but there is always fun in the evening at the Oar House. They have bands several nights a week during the summer season. On the whole this is a wonderful place to enjoy good company and relax and enjoy the sun.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

My husband dog and I have been renting this condo since October. We LOVE it! It is decorated so cute, the pictures and description on the website are exactly what you get. The owner has been so helpful with any questions that we have had and any problems (although can't think of one at the moment). The condo facility itself it well maintained with full time employees at the front desk. There are several restaurants on the island, The Oarhouse, The Pub, are both good choices. The beach is quiet and a great place for families who want to enjoy being together. Great times!
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, sightseeing, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children.

The condo was everything the owner indicated it would be. Our vacation was very enjoyable and the owner, Doug, was great to work with. We plan on returning to the island and condo again.
