Adorable lake house, perfect for your family vacation or a group of friends. This upscale cottage has four bedrooms plus three baths. All of the decor and kitchen is upgraded and sophisticated- you'll truly feel at home. Enjoy scenic mountain views surrounding the lake, and relax inside on quality furniture and linens.
DETAILS:
The house is three levels with kings in each of the two bedrooms upstairs, which share a bath. One of the upstairs bedrooms has a twin pull-out couch if needed. The main level has a queen bedroom and bath and the lower level has a king and bath. There is also a pull-out sleeper coach outside the lower-level bedroom.
The large back porch is great for spending time watching the lake activities. The back yard is huge- we love playing lawn games here while the kids jump off the dock and play games in the lake. There is a paved private boat ramp on the property and a two slip covered boat dock with a deck for sunbathing on top. We do keep our boat on one side so only one slip is available. We are on a great cove for tubing and skiing.
Hiawassee, GA is home to many great festivals and events you should enjoy while visiting! We are also close to Highlands, NC and other quant mountain towns that make for wonderful day trips of shopping, hiking, rafting, etc.

I just wanted you to know how much we enjoyed the lovely lake house this past weekend. Everything was just great (the weather lacked a little to be desired). We just housed up (no golfing for the guys) and enjoyed playing cards, watching football and eating! I will keep the information and look forward to renting from you in the future. Thank you again.

We had a great time. The family now wants to come up in the summer to go swimming in the lake and the water falls. It is so relaxing there. The space was just perfect. The neighbors are very friendly. It was a wonderful Thanksgiving for all of us. Hope you and your family had a good thanksgiving.

My family and I stayed here last week. We absolutely loved everything about the house. It felt like home to us that we didn't want to leave. Everything was so beautiful, the yard, the dock, the lake and the mountain views. We brought our Jet Skis but I honestly think the kids had more fun jumping off the top deck of the dock more than anything else.....they would have stayed out there all day if we let them! We will definitely come back.
