This condo was exactly as advertised. It was clean, comfortable, modern and safe. The lobby is staffed 24 hrs/day and key cards are required after 6:00 PM. Parking was convenient, right behind the building. There are convenience stores on the street below which was handy for getting supplies for our stay. Restaurants (sushi, Hard Rock and more) just steps away. The best part was how close it was to the beach and all the shopping! Just a block and you're there! We loved the lanai, it was so large! We enjoyed sitting there at night looking at the twinkling lights of the high rises in the distance. My husband, 2 sons in mid-20's and I stayed here. It was a little tight for 4 adults, but certainly do-able. We would definitely stay here again!

My husband & I have just returned from 11 nights in this fantastic condo. We have stayed on Beachwalk previously, & love the location. - so close to shops, restaurants, the beach, transport - basically everything. The condo was well equipped with everything we required. The lanai is the perfect location for afternoon drinks & pupu's & for viewing the Friday night fireworks. Having the laundry located on the same floor was beneficial, parking was onsite and the front desk staff were always friendly & welcoming. I would definitely recommend this condo for an extended stay, but perhaps it would be a bit cramped with more than 2 people staying for an extended period. Hopefully we will be fortunate enough to return next year, & would definitely consider returning to this fabulous condo.

Other than the bathroom door not opening and closing easily, and there being no place for food in the kitchen, we had a very good experience at Howard;s Condo We enjoyed the view, the fireworks on Friday. The staff was very accommodating. We would consider renting again when we come by ourselves. It is a little small for more than two people. Everything was as advertised, clean and well maintained. Great location! Eggs n Things is a great spot for breakfast over on Saratoga, just around the corner.
Owner response:Bathroom door fixed as soon as we knew about it.

We stayed for 3 weeks and loved it. Great location. Modern. We left the doors to the lanai open all times while we were home and really liked this option. Only negative was some noise in A.M. With delivery trucks beeping. We cooked for ourselves most days and found the kitchen had all that we needed. I would stay again.

We are just leaving this very cute condo today. It was an excellent experience. Check in at the front desk was highly efficient. We were fortunate to get parking here at the condo for the whole week which cost $20.00 per night. Everything you need is close by. The building is very secure. We would most certainly stay here again. Don't forget to go to the revolving Waikiki At the Top restaurant for happy hour 5-7pm or 9-11 pm for a fabulous view of the city and $4.00 drinks. Just a few minutes away.

Just returned from 6 days in Honolulu at this perfect condo. Travelled with my 2 adult children. My son is 6'4" and it was so nice to have extra room beyond your basic hotel. He slept on the pull out sofa in the living room. Having the large lanai is like having an extended amount of square footage. Kitchen was well appointed and we brought some dry groceries (cereal, etc.) from the mainland due to prices on the island. I must say, as in the real estate business, this condo is all about LOCATION, LOCATION AND LOCATION. Although we had a rental car and used it almost daily for different adventures, we also walked to many many places. Loved making my own coffee in the morning and relaxing on the lanai in my jammies deciding what to do on another day in paradise. I would definitely recommend this place to my traveling friends in the airline industry as well as anyone who wants to be in the best location in HNL without paying exorbitant prices. Being able to do some breakfast and lunches in the condo allowed more splurging in the evenings.

Unit was clean and in great condition with its comtemporary renovation. Location is fabulous as it is within 5 minutes walking distance to the beach, starbucks, shopping, and the LV store. Great restaurants nearby. Everything within walking distance. Excellent view of the Hilton fireworks right from your Lanai on Friday nights. What could be better than enjoying fireworks while sipping wine or drinking beer from your Lanai. Would recommend anyone to stay at this location and would definitely return to this location in the future. The kitchen is a bonus if you have young kids.

Condo is super cute and comfortable. It is clean and well maintained. We just spent two weeks there and had a wonderful time. Sunsets were gorgeous and we enjoyed them from the lanai. We have two kids under the age of 11 and it's not always easy (and healthy) to eat out . Having fully equipped kitchen was really handy. There is a great Italian restaurant in the neighbourhood. We already started spreading the word among our friends and family about this place and we will definitely be back!

We will be leaving today and have really enjoyed your place…very nice and well represented online in VRBO. Watched fireworks last night while sipping wine on the lanai and have enjoyed the work you put into making the unit very comfortable. I’ve already sent pics to my friends and suggested your place should they plan a trip to the islands. If you're considering a trip to Oahu and seeking arrangements in town, then this is perfect as it is within walking distance to everything.

We have stayed at many places in our 11 years visiting the island and this Unit at the Regency Beach Walk is now on the top of our list. This great location is perfect for a couple to enjoy some R&R with all the comforts of home. The huge shower is a welcome at the end of a hot day. The bedroom has tons of storage! Just hang up your clothes, put your suitcases away and relax. They have thought of everything right down to the ice maker, blender and screens on the large lanai doors. Appreciated the large safe in the unit and having the security doors after 6:00pm every evening. Friday nights on the lanai is a MUST with the birds eye view of the Fire Works. Loved having such easy access to laundry and a convenience store. We loved the area and are looking forward to staying here again. Mahalo to S&H for everything.

This is a wonderful condo. The pictures are accurate but it is really better than the pictures. Imagine floors made of marble, travertine and wood....Kohler fixtures everywhere....granite counters in kitchen and bathroom....all stainless steel appliances in the kitchen with a glass cooktop, plus one of the largest balconies in Hawaii....all professionally decorated by an inspired Asian - themed interior designer....that is what this condo is. It is so comfortable. The view from the lanai is wonderful and very open. There were two of us and we really enjoyed having a living room / dining room combo and a separate bedroom. It is just like the home you have dreamed of. It is less than a block from Trump Tower and the Outrigger Reef...two of the best residences / resorts in Hawaii. The beach is a 7 minute walk through a beautiful park. And this is not your typical sometimes narrow Waikiki beach. Your beach is the one in front of the Hale Koa hotel. This means you have the biggest, widest and safest beach in the area. There are so many restaurants in walking distance.. The bus stop is 2 minutes away and you do not need a car here as the local bus is great and safe and a bargain. The owners of this condo are very responsive and great to work with. We came twice in 2010 for a total of six weeks and plan to return in 2011. This unit at Regency Beachwalk is a real find. You can watch the friday night fireworks from your balcony. You will not be disappointed!

The condo was just as it appears in the photos - a very impressive location and just perfect for what we needed. It's about a five minute walk to the beach and close to main bus routes. Also close to some great restaurants - California Pizza Kitchen and the Italian restaurant located on the ground level of this building was very good and busy every night. The view of the Hilton fireworks from the lanai was a real treat. The property is well maintained, and staff on the front desk were friendly and helpful. The owners were very helpful with all my queries and made our stay so very easy! We'd definitely recommend this property and we look forward to staying at this condo again.

Your condo was perfect! My husband, son, and I had a wonderful time staying there! Everything was just as your listing said...there were no surprises. The condo looked just as it did in your pictures, if not better! The unit was clean, quiet, and tastefully decorated. It is centrally located in Waikiki...within short walking distance to shopping and many restaurants like Ruth's Chris and the Cheesecake Factory. Even closer, the Japanese noodle house at the bottom of the building, Matsugen, was AMAZING! It definitely was our home away from home! Thank you!
