Top of the line in condo living with swimming pool & hot tub on site. Community grilling/picnic area and private oceanfront beach access. 3 bedrooms with 2 full baths. Master features jacuzzi and tile shower and has King Bed.
Bedroom #2 is Queen size and connects to guest bath. Bedroom #3 has two twins, tv with vcr & dvd player. (3) 32"Plasma TV's and dvd players in other bedrooms and living. Kitchen is nicely equipped with stainless appliances. Dishes, utensils, etc. are all included. Yaupon Dunes has total of only 36 units-amenities not as crowded as some! All construction completed in May 2007! Be among the first & you'll keep coming back. Ground floor storage room for your beach things (some condos do not have).
Oak Island is known as a family beach. Fishing is great, several golf courses near by, putt putt and wonderful restaurants.
Rent in confidence-I am a local real estate broker, but our company does not handle rentals (we are strictly sales). You will pick up your keys at my real estate office for check in and have access to someone during your stay should you need anything. I live one block away but promise I wont bug you while you are vacationing!
You need to bring or rent your own linens and towels. ****This unit is booked through Oct. 3rd. I own another unit at Palms at Long Bay if you need a time period then or I will ask other owners in Yaupon Dunes if they have availability******************

Why the Owner Chose Oak Island
I have owned other condos on Oak Island and this is by far the greatest! The owners there are wonderful & many are second home owners that you will see there week after week. The sound control is a feature that the other Oak Island condos did not have and makes for a more quiet stay.
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
The town owns the fishing pier across the street and we have a season pass for 4 included with our condo. Great time to be had. We particularly enjoy the private beach access with gazebo & shower.
