Family vacation in the Ozarks? This is perfect. Sleeps 6 or 7 easily. Located at Mile Marker 1 on the lake, we have a Wii with games, 100 books and novels, a DVD player with many popular movies and kids programs, board games and fishing poles. Even more, we have a tram down to the lake so that no one has to struggle.
If you have a boat, we have a 12 x 32 covered boat slip with a hoist/lift to keep it out of the water. And the price is right. Hotel costs for one bedroom are $89- $125 per night. For two bedroom, full kitchen and so much more, pay only $149 per night or $950 per week during summer months (less off-season).
We are only four minutes from Ozark National Golf Resort, eight minutes from shopping and Starbucks, 12 minutes from a really cool family water park and Miner Mike's kids play area is about 12 minutes as well.
If you're on the lake, there are several great nightlife spots and restaurants. Check out DockKnockers for nightlife and the Horny Toad is at Mile Marker 8.

With the heated pool you get more use of the pool earlier and later in the seasons. Close to Hwy 54 for shopping, golf, and everything the lake has to offer. Easy in and out of complex with plenty of parking.

Steve and Kelli Grubbs are from Davenport, Iowa and own two companies. They travel and vacation every summer in the Ozarks. As vacation condo owners, they want the experience for your family to be as special as it is for theirs.
Why the Owner Chose Lake Ozark
We have vacationed in Wisconsin and Minnesota and thought the water was too cold and there were too many mosquitoes. At the Ozarks, we didn't run into mosquitoes and love the warm water. Its close to family and friends in the Midwest so its a great place to spend time. In addition, St. Louis and Branson are within easy driving distances to provide us with additional vacation stops.
